From the villa it is easy to reach (350 mt) the main street of Fiumetto, where there are the supermarket, the other shops, the pharmacy, bars, refreshment points and a fenced playground.
The villa is suitable for up to 7/8 people:
ground floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 with two single beds ,, alarge living room with sofas, TV and DVD player, a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, and air conditioning on the floor;
