Stayed Feb 12, 2026Host was responsive. There were major water leaks due to melting snow and ice. They sent a maintenance person 3 times and the issue was resolved but it did take 3 visits to address all leaks.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Our 14 family members (ages 3 to 78) had the most WONDERFUL stay at Riversbend. The description and pictures accurately describe the property plus it is surrounded by the beauty of the NH mountains. While we were comfortable, busy, and happy with all there was to do inside and out, there were also many venues for all ages to explore in the area. Just loved it all and have a not-so-secret desire to return.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Our family summer vacation at Riversbend was perfect- plenty of room and so much to do! Our kids were happy just being at the house which is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! Truly one of our best vacations :)

Stayed Feb 21, 2024This was the perfect spot for my family (14 people) to comfortably vacation for 4 nights. Great accommodations, plenty of room to spread out but also wonderful common areas. Close to many area attractions including snowboarding and snowmobiling at Bretton Woods, a sleigh ride at Nestlenook Farm, a trip to North Conway! Awesome!

Stayed Jan 12, 2024A beautiful isolated location, great for downhill and cross-country skiing. Well plowed roads, and an EV charger! Spacious and interesting house with many gathering spots, all the amenities, well stocked cupboards. Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms. Worth the money for a group of 10-20. Good communication with management.
