Right on the sea!!Huge terraces overlooking the sea

Loved the place and the friendliness of the host. One of the few places in Portovenere with AC which makes it a game changer

We enjoyed the place, the outdoor space is terrific, and the AC units make for a great experience. The hosts were very friendly and extremely accessible!

The view of the water and proximity to the beach are the highlights of the property. We really were not comfortable in this space primarily due lack of cleanliness and the furnishings.

My family of four (includes two middle school aged children) had an incredible time in Portovenere. The flat is within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants but far enough away that you can appreciate the quiet and breathtaking views. The beach is literally across the street which was really convenient. We spent most of our day away from the apartment, but it had all the amenities you would need. The second shower is actually not in the flat but up on the second veranda (yes, there are two balconies) but we actually liked using it as it still felt private and was more spacious. The hosts were responsive to any questions and made check-in and out very easy. The flat is on the smaller side but if the weather is right, you will want to spend most of your time on the veranda taking in the amazing views or out and about enjoying the city. There are also a lot of steps to get up to the flat so depending on age of kids or and any issues with stairs, just know there are quite a few steps to manage. Great experience overall.

This was the perfect spot for our family of four to stay in Portovenere. It’s just a short walk down to the public beach, or into town, but it feels still feels like a peaceful retreat. We loved sitting on the patio watching the boats below us. Portovenere is a great place to stay if you are considering visiting Cinque Terre; a boat departs from Portovenere and a daily pass will enable you to stop at all of the towns except Corniglia (which is on a hill without a dock). It’s also a lovely place to spend a few days swimming, walking up to Castle Doria and San Pietro, and enjoying the restaurants. The house is not big, but has everything you need to be comfortable, and Sandro and Patrizia were very responsive and helpful. (If I had one request to make, I only wished for an espresso machine in the kitchen.). We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location in a seaside town that is not over run with tourists. This property is across the street from the beach and ~1 km/2/3 mi from the ferry. AC works well.

We were 2 moms and 3 sons- and had the most delightful stay here. Sandro was quick to respond to all, met us personally at the property . The condo is well appointed with 1 bedroom facing the sea and another with 2 bathrooms & small kitchen , but the best is the terrace!!! we spent hours looking at the boats, ships, yachts, coming and going. This is a GREAT option to stay and experience Cingue Terre without all the people. We will go back and stay longer next time. Thank you Sandro! Ciao a& arrivederci! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Villa Fiorita. Sondra was a gracious host in showing us around the property and making some grocer and restaurant recommendations. It had all the amenities we needed. We spent most of our time at the villa enjoying and relaxing on the beautiful terrace. As other reviewers noted, the villa's location is perfect for accessing the beach and swimming as well as restaurants and the port for a boat trip to the Cinque Terre. Our only regret was that we hadn't booked the villa for longer than our 3 night stay. This ranks as one of our favorite of the many, many vacation rentals we have stayed in over the years and would definitely book again if we return to Italy.
