Stayed Jul 5, 2025We love Tamraght and were incredibly excited to visit this Riad however there were a number of issues which challenged our group . None of the rooms bar one have ventilation with the exterior. We were provided with 2 fans, for four interior rooms . One was damaged on our arrival, part of the plastic was split on the fan mechanism and unfortunately the fan later exploded on the first night. The next day we explained what had happened to our welcomer who told us there would be no problem and said he would try to get a replacement. We did not receive a replacement and instead were charged 50 euros for a fan we didn’t break. We were also described as crazy by the property manager for requesting a fan for each interior room in July. The house was not clean , the kitchen in particular and 6 out of 8 of us became unwell during our stay with gastro enteritis. Our daughter , 20 ended up in hospital. I asked for a change of sheets when she came home as she had been so unwell. Iwas told to wash them myself. A property with 5 bedrooms ought to have just one spare set just in case . We found a mouse too running around too photo below. I have never stayed in a rental where weekly linen changes is not arranged automatically. The gem was the lady who cooked for us. Her kindness in helping us get care for our daughter when we needed urgent care went above and beyond. The decor and views are special but the management of this villa lacks honesty, integrity and simple kindnes
