RESIDENCE MARINA ROSSA VILLA GARDEN 10 MINUTES WALK FROM CALA ROSSA BEACH

We discovered Canyon Lake for the 1st time this summer when friends/neighbors invited us. It's only an hour away from our home in Seal Beach but we had never heard of it. We liked it so much that we decided that we would like to buy a vacation home here so we looked at renting but the minimum rental time allowed by the POA is 30 days so we decided to rent for the entire month of November and spend Thanksgiving here. We had friends and family come and go and we had a fabulous time! Matt was great to deal with and very attentive. We loved being near the park (horse shoes, etc...) We were able to enjoy both restaurants. We enjoyed the Pickle ball courts. We really enjoyed wine tasting in nearby Temecula. The kitchen was well stocked so we did ALOT of cooking. It also was nice to be an hour from home so my husband brought things as we needed them. You will want to plan on going to the grocery store and buying what may be needed right away. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry soap, etc....The bar was great too! The outdoor patio upstairs is great and all of our kids really enjoyed the play room downstairs as well. Thank you Matt! Very nice villa with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay. The owner is very nice and easy to reach if you need anything. The only thing you need to bring are your towels (bath & beach). The owner can sell you bath towels for 8 euros per person. You can buy beach towels nearby. The beds are comfortable, the villa is super clean and spacious. It has a caribbean feel to it. Not very luxurious but super comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and it has a pool for 4 villas.

Great house with a lovely pool. Only ten minute walk to the sea, great for a morning dip before the beach got busy.

Lovely property 2 min drive from beach. Beautiful private garden and quiet shared pool. Lots of beaches & restaurants close by. 10 mins from Porto Vecchio, lovely old town full of small old streets & countless eateries, ranging from cheap to very expensive, so something for everyone. Apart from vegans perhaps!!:-)

Great location. House was well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. And very clean. We had a few questions and Matt, the owner, got right back to us with the answers. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I could not have been happier with this property while we stayed during a relocation. The owners were extremely responsive and the property was well maintained and ideally located. We will definitely use this property again!

Well, we did so enjoy staying in this property. It was big and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well stocked will all things needed for cooking and that was very nice for me. The living room was comfortable and the high ceilings were so beautiful making the home feel big and spacious most all of the time. The shopping in this area is something to be desired as I am a foodie and did not have all I wanted nearby. It is in Tecumula but that is a little far at times. Also, shopping is limited for mall type things as those are also in the bigger area nearby. I played tennis and pickleball and neighbors were friendly and nice. I would stay here again for sure!!!!!!!!

This home was everything we could ever ask for. The layout is amazing, views from everywhere. The bar in the center of the home was perfect for just winding down at the end of the day and looking over the lake with all the lights. The decks are amazing, from the one right off the house, to the lower deck around the dock. We woke up to coffee on the deck, then jumped off the dock and enjoyed the lake all day. The kids had a blast, we never left the house. We didn't even set up at the beach right next door at the park, because the dock and ease of getting the kids in and out of the water on the rafts and paddle boards was just to much fun. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone looking to enjoy a lake with the family for the summer. Oh and the fishing is amazing, although I am no expert when it comes to fishing, we met a neighbor who showed us how to catch the huge cat fish swimming right off the dock. I wouldnt even hesitate if your thinking of booking this house. It is a dream home, and Matt was super easy to work with, and asked if we had everything we needed for our stay before and after. Thanks Matt for the best summer vacation ever.

+ beautiful appartment for families - privacy is completely given + location and equipment of the house are excellent + the garden is very cared for + the distance to the home beach (cala rossa) and the beach itself were pleasant + ideal location for visiting the most beautiful beaches of Corsica - it would be desirable if we had free WLAN in our Villa

If you like the fish this is definitely a great place. Having a park right next-door was a added bonus. The house was great and the location was perfect. Matt was helpful and actually seems like a pretty cool guy. My wish is that my grandkids will remember that vacation for the rest of their lifes.
