Renovated villa with unbelievable nature and lagoon views

This property was absolutely stunning with incredible lagoon views. The wildlife in the back yard did not disappoint! The property was centrally located in Sea Pines making Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbour Town and South Beach a quick bike or car ride away. The villa was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and up to date. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!

This home was the perfect size for our family of 5. We loved the living spaces - the dining room was spacious, the family room had ample seating and great TV, and the outdoor porch overlooked the pond, which was so pretty in the AM. Check in was so easy, the home home was clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked (especially the kitchen, we really appreciated that). We will be returninging next year!

We have been coming to HHI for years and this has been my favorite rental to date. The place was bright and clean with a great layout. Communication was on point and we really enjoyed the beach gear. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Our family wanted a few days away before school starts back in August and our stay at 3322 Lake Forrest was just what we needed. The property was just as the photos showed and the Lake Forest community is a nice, quiet location on Sea Pines

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family only had a few days for a late summer vacation before school starts in August. I was able to find and book this villa for a Thursday through Monday block, which is not always possible with other locations. The size and amenities were perfect for our family of four and the location in Lake Forest is wonderful. The only thing that could be added to the property is shades for the sliding glass doors leading to the back deck from the living room. This would provide privacy, if needed, and cut down on the intense August sunshine. All in all, this was a wonderful vacation rental for our family.

Condo was very nice. We saw lots of big gators in the backyard. Tennis courts in the complex were a major hit. Condo was larger than I expected which was a bonus. There is a very nice selection of beach reads (I read 2 books and wanted to read them all). I would recommend staying and would stay again with my family.

We very much enjoyed the villa in Lake Forest in the Sea Pines preserve.

Several alligators, a snake and lots of birds to watch.Condo had everything we needed, owners could add a few ceiling fans in the bedrooms and additional overhead lights.
