Location was right on a secluded beach. It was perfect for morning walks.

Getting in the gate the first day was a bit difficult but other than that the place was good. The condo was clean and steps from the beach as promised.

We loved this place. The apartment was very clean and had everything that you need. Very quiet and the staff on site are very friendly and helpful. We will recommend this place to anyone and will stay here again for future visits.

This location was absolutely beautiful..beach right in uour backyard and condo has everything that you would need for your stay... i would definitely return and stay here again. 5 stars hands down

Property was nice, beds were comfy and place was clean and in a good neighborhood

Everything was perfect. The apartment had everything you need and the best part is the proximity to the beach which was on a different level itself. The beach was almost private with no people. It was great. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. You definitely need a car to stay there. It’s not that far from San Juan either - about 30 min drive. I’ll be recommending the place to everyone. Perfect stay for relaxing and resting

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's property! Aside from a tiny issue with some ants in the kitchen, the property was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach toys and towels! The A/C was great and the washer/dryer were so nice to have. The access to the beach and the pool are so easy, which our teens especially loved!

Property was well maintained. Area felt safe.

Great stay, exactly what we were looking for

The condo is well kept, updated and has a beautiful view of the ocean/beach. This is my 2nd time back and will probably be back next year!

We arrived at our stay and despite some confusion on behalf of the cleaning company and the property not being ready when we arrived, the communication was impeccable, we made do with what we had and did some wuivk cleaning up. That host immediately got in touch with the cleaning crew to have them on their way. Things happen but the communication was great. The location was gorgeous, the property was maintained well. No complaints about our stay, we will definitely book again.

Great place for a quick stay.

We love Malibu Beach resort we’ve stayed there several times this particular unit was beachfront and gorgeous. The host has it very well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots,pans pretty much anything you can ask for.. bbq grill outside with beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles and a cooler. There were 6 of us in this unit and plenty of space for all of us. This location is very close to the national forest, kiosks, and the ferry.

The place is beautiful. I would recommend to friends and family. I will go back to this to this beautiful home. I will rent from her again, I first was lost because it was my first time in the island but communication with her was the best The beach is about 5 yards from the patio.Thank you had a blast.

My husband and I are already hoping to be able to come back next year and stay at the same place. We loved the property, we felt safe and the amenities and beach were beautiful! Thank you Sandra for letting us stay at your property!

We added a night before arrival to go straight there from the airport but a miscommunication left the condo not ready. The owner was very quick to remedy the situation (was before 6am & she had the cleaning crew there right away & gave us refunds). The cleaning crew were wonderfully thorough (even bought new sheets & towels, so we wouldn't have to wait for laundry) and cleaned around us while we rested from an overnight flight. After that was a smooth and wonderful stay! The location was perfect - you can see the beach from the back door & are steps away from the beach gate. The beach was clean & not crowded (sometimes we were the only people there) with amazing views. There's an area to rinse off outside the beach gate. The pool is really close and a good size. We were the only people in it. The pool was warmer than we'd like, but still nice. Beds were comfortable & showers had good water pressure. The location was a very easy drive to everywhere (we went to Walmart, Fajardo, El Yunque, Old San Juan, & Crashboat Beach). Puerto Rico has a large stray dog population, but the dogs on the beach were friendly & didn't cause us any issues (1 steals shoes). We felt very safe & comfortable in this condo. Some tips: pull on the front door while unlocking, the entrance to the community doesn't look like it but it's the right road, & at night the security guard is sitting inside of the gate. We were 3 teen Girl Scouts & 3 moms.

We really enjoyed the stay, so close to the beach and water. Great response from owner with some minor issues. The washer and dryer worked great. Clean and minimal interior design. Loved it!

beautiful stay .. location great ! walmart , walgreen's and mcdonald’s in close proximity . easy access to highway. literally ocean/beach in the back yard .. pool in front .. condo was very comfy and clean … will stay again ! next family vacation . oh yeah very secure and safe .. gaurd on duty daily. as soon as we pulled in he greeted us and patrolled who came in and out of complex

We had a great stay at Malibu Beach with a direct view of the ocean and steps away from the sand! The unit was comfortable and quiet with very good A/C in all rooms. Located 30 minutes east of SJU and is centrally located for Old San Juan, El Yunque National Forest, snorkeling at Fajardo/Icacos Island and Luquillo. Well stocked with all the cooking utensils you need as well as an outdoor gas grill and beach equipment.
