All new appliances, new furniture, new HVAC systems, new floors, new TVs, new light fixtures, etc. The villa features a custom fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, flat top range, and other modern appliances.

MAIN FLOOR: 1 bedroom (with 1 queen and 1 twin XL bed) with ceiling fan, full bath, open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living area that opens to sundeck with saltmarsh view.

SECOND FLOOR: 1 bedroom (with 1 King) with ceiling fan, full bath, kids ensuite (with 1 twin)

AMENITIES: Flat screen smart TVs (with cable) in living room and both bedrooms, wireless internet access, an outside shower with hot and cold water, microwave, dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, covered patio, covered parking, private community pool.

LENGTH OF STAY: Weekly stays only in summer (some partial weeks available). Partial week stays available during off season.
