The Space:
This very elegant bohemian villa is large and comfortable. It is set over three levels and 215 square meters, on a very large plot of land. The extensive grounds have a large BBQ area, a shared swimming pool, beautiful gardens and beautiful sea views. There is also a shaded dining area to enjoy throughout the day. This home is part of a group that were built in keeping with the whitewashed local architecture while at the same time designed with a relaxed, absolutely contemporary feel in mind. It has it’s very own shaded veranda with a large dining table as comfortable funky outdoors seating.

Indoors, the minimal white is offset by touches of wood. There is a very large living, dining and kitchen area with a breakfast bar and comfortable, chic furniture. The ambience continues in the bedrooms and bathrooms, all minimally and elegantly designed. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped.
