Stayed Jul 31, 2025This place is adorable and very clean. It is well located to restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The location was great and they have a lot of tennis courts. The kitchen was well stocked, the only item I suggest you bring is coffee for the coffee pot. Rob the manager was quick to answer our questions and helpful. This was such a pleasant experience and we would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We enjoyed our time at this rental. The condo is close walking distance to the beach and the neighborhood area itself was quiet. Only concerns we experienced is that the living room furniture isn’t comfortable at all for relaxing, the coffee table had food crumbs on the top surface when we arrived, the living room rug had not been vacuumed and had food stuff on the rug. We wanted to vacuum but couldn’t find a vacuum cleaner on site.Everything else was clean and in order.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024This condo is the perfect location for the beach goers! My husband, toddler and I were looking for a beach vacation and this location did not disappoint. It was a quarter mile to the beach and even with a 3 year old it wasn’t a bad walk to Folly Beach. Our only issue (not favorite thing) was being on the 3rd story. For us we were most focused on our access to the beach and K12 did just that! We would definitely recommend

Stayed Jun 19, 2023This property was exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen was so well stocked, it was wonderful. Everything clean and was the perfect size for our family. Beach was a bit of a walk for our youngest child so we drove most of the time but parking was super close and easy. Highly recommend staying here.
