Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Traveled with our two children -- one in college and the other a junior in high school -- and our dog. The villa was beautiful, well-appointed, and very clean and comfortable. A dog waste station was near and backyard making the entire experience very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

There were some doors missing locks on the bathrooms, and the master bedroom would not shut all the way. The next day we realized the shades in the master bedroom are see-through from the outside. Island Time quickly resolved all the issues, came and hung curtains that gave us privacy, etc.. Loved our stay!

We had a great time in this villa! There were a couple things that needed to be addressed, and the property manager tried their best to make it the best situation possible. We would recommend this property for sure!

We absolutely loved this place! Us and our son was always out looking for alligators we seen 3 while staying. The house itself is spacious and wonderful. If I had one complaint it would be the refrigerator is to small. Otherwise great place!!

We had a fabulous time in HHI at this villa in Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes. The villa was clean, beautifully updated/decorated and our experience with Island Time Rentals was great. Communication was fantastic with the property managers. We loved that this villa was an end unit and close to the pool. We brought our dogs & it was a great location for pets with a grassy area out back and close to walking paths. It was a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!

The girls in the family come to Hilton Head every year and this has been our best rental thus far! Not only was the unit top notch but the rental office was 5 star! They even brought us our Amazon package! Palmetto Dunes is gorgeous, well maintained and convenient to restaurants and shops. We will definitely book again!
