Amenities indoors and outdoors were great. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed.

The villa was as pictured and a great base to explore the surrounding area. It was very clean and comfortable, and had basic necessities and more which came in really handy during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and he arranged for the pool to be heated as soon as realising that we wanted to use it. The area was quiet and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset. The pool area was spacious with plenty of seating options. We made use of the bikes provided. It was a fantastic home to come back to and relax at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if returning to Cape Coral.

This is a nice place to stay while enjoying restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, a dolphin/sunset tour and, of course, the beaches.

We immediately felt like we were home. We needed for nothing!It was a most enjoyable stay.

My husband and I just spent 2 weeks here with our four boys (7m -9y) and had the best time. Jim was extremely responsive and immediately went above and beyond to fix the few tiny initial hiccups we had. Because of that, we were able to have the best time! The house was equipped with absolutely everything we could’ve needed and then some which we really appreciated. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming the entire time and barely had to leave the house! The check in and check out process were also the easiest we’ve experienced! Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. We would definitely be interested to visit again in the future!

We have been coming here for four years. Villa Isabella is located in an area where there’s not much traffic so it’s pretty quiet. The home has a master bedroom with Roku TV. There are two other bedrooms with a really nice bathroom in the hall. The pool area is enclosed and just outside of the enclosed area is an outside shower and a door that opens up to the hall where the bathroom is so you don’t have to walk though a large area to get to the bathroom. Jim and Ruth are wonderful renters and have connections in this area so they know the people that they call to help with any problems are well trusted and quick to answer.i am already looking forward to next year.

My Wife and I really enjoyed our month long stay at this 3 bedroom house located on a canal. This house had a well furnished kitchen as we ate most of are meals there. We loved eating on the lanai by the pool watching boats go by and fish jumping in the canal.We stayed in the master Bedroom with a comfy King bed. Family room is a nice size with a large screen TV.The house is plenty large enough for a family of 6 or 2 separate couples.Some of the extras we loved:Even though we were blessed with beautiful weather, we really enjoyed the heated pool.The two Kayaks provided were great for checking out homes along the canal.They have 4 bikes available, 2 adult and 2 - children. We rode through out the neighborhood checking out beautiful homes and getting our exercise.Several fishing rods were available and we did catch several fish! The owner, Jim, was very responsive and answered all my questions.

The home was very clean, we had everything we needed. Had a nice visit with our grandchildren, caught some fish, and had no issues. I would definitely recommend this property.

This property has everything! This was our 2nd time staying here and both times were perfect!! I love the fact that if we forgot anything....we always find it there.

Had such a great time, house was perfect for us and Jim and Ruth were outstanding! Had a great time in the pool and fishing in the channel was an added plus. House was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Would go back in a heart beat, don’t pass on this gem! Thanks Jim and Ruth
