Very nice!

Check in process was long winded wanting to have everyone’s passport info etc which seems unnecessary. The property was fine and as per the description. A few basics would have been nice to have on arrival, some soap in the bathrooms, a kitchen cloth and tea towel don’t seem much to ask for on arrival!

Communication by management excellent. Facilities of the property are excellent standard. Location 15 mins from Alcudia Villa was clean, great facilities such as the pool, plenty of space for family of 6 people. Location to local restaurants and shop was perfect. 15 minute bus ride into the port, 25 mins to old town so good for market days. We had a problem with a broken key during our stay and the owner came very quickly and was sorted within hours. If any member of the party is not good with stairs not the place to stay there are a lot of them, although the flooring through out is of a high standard it is treacherous when wet, small children in and out of the pool could be an issue.

Loved Alcudia for our first tine in Mallorca! Place was perfect, just had to get used to timed air conditioning. Maybe a detailed, on site, instruction booklet could help guests locate items and work AC. Pool was dreamy!

Situated at the edge of the town, the villa was peaceful. It',s close to the sea. There',s a little shop which sells bread, pastries and basic groceries a few minutes walk away. The house is pretty well equipped. There is a big fridge and big freezer. Having 3 outdoor seating areas was a bonus. The pool is lovely. A hoopoe visited the garden. You have to take your chances with parking outside. We didn',t have problems and always got parked within 20 metres but there are more villas being built in the street so there is no guarantee of parking close to the door in the future.

Instructions and checking in good and easy. It is a nice property, spacious and was clean and in a good location away from the busier nearby town. Albeit within easy walking distance. The pool and terraces with views over the sea are beautiful. A couple of things that weren’t as explained - one of the showers did not work and the safe was old and would not open meaning there was nowhere to put valuables during our stay. The jacuzzi bath also did not work. The following would improve the stay: Considering the cost of the property, the meagre amount of welcome supplies could be increased. I have stayed in much cheaper places with far more welcome supplies than this place offers. The TV is only in German. Considering I was staying in Spain, I would’ve liked to have regional channels. The TV was password protected and so could not be changed. The aircon likewise was set on timers that also could not be amended to make the stay and climate to our own liking. There was a lack of instructions and local information at the property. Considering, the threat of fines for leaving the tiniest amount of rubbish behind there was a lack of waste bags, tea towels (1) and washing up liquid to last a 10 day stay. I had supplies left over from our stay that could’ve been left for others to make use of but due to the threat of fines for leaving rubbish I removed and disposed for fear of being classed as rubbish.

Wow, wow, wow. Amazing villa. Big, clean. Loved the different balconies. The lovely private pool and terrace. Cannot fault anything.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und ein toller Service. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend!

Well maintained and clean house, roomy for three adults and one child. A bit far from Alcudia city centre where the sand beach and most stores/restaurants are located, especially if you have a small child. The nice pool and the size of the house however makes it possible to spend more time at the house.
