Stayed Aug 13, 2021This is a really great villa set in a beautiful location in the hills above Denia. Fantastic views down the hills and to the sea. Very well equipped for a relaxing stay . A car is a must with this holiday villa as it’s not possible to walk into town and the shops.. Overall excellent I would highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa is located approximately 8km from the centre of Denia, and access is only possible by car as there is no public transport. A hire car is therefore essential. The listing indicated the property was only 0.3km form the centre of Denia. Initial access was problematical as the key code we were given turned out to be an address of the owner/manager. We paid for Cleaning and assumed we would get fresh linen and towels during the stay, no cleaner visited during our stay. There were no tea towels and insufficient hand/bath towels for a 7 day stay. We had to provide our own toilet rolls. The bed mattresses (2 single beds) and pillows were substandard and uncomfortable. The bed slats on one single bed were broken, the mattresses had sticking out springs and the pillows were dirty. We had to use taxis to get into Denia on the first day of the holiday, and then had to hire a large car to seat 6 adults for the remainder of our stay which added a further expense. We were fortunate in that we had a Spanish speaking member of the family with us, had this not been the case we would have been very isolated. This spoilt what would have been a family holiday to celebrate our retirement. We feel that we have been mis-sold a holiday villa not in a location as advertised.
