Quiet and Spacious villa with large and sunny deck.

Great location, close to parks and shopping. Pool area is nice, but it was too cold for us to actually use the pool.

The property is amazing. Yes it’s all that and a bag of chips. Communication between the home owner and myself were quick and easy. The beds were comfy and cozy. Kitchen is fully loaded with any and all appliances. It’s s 5 star rental.

This property really made my birthday trip something special. The pool and the pool table both made for great family bonding time and the room were so comfortable even I, who suffers from insomnia, fell asleep right away.

Absolutely fabulous villa, very clean with every amenity you could ask for. Beds were very comfortable and spacious.The pool area was the icing on the cake, biggest pool for any villa we’ve stayed in. We paid for it to be heated (November) and it was like walking into a bath, lovely!Can’t wait to return thankyou so much.

This a fantastic villa for a family holiday. It is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The beds are fantastically comfortable. The pool is brilliant, large and deep, perfect for cooling off after a day at the parks. We would definitely return for another stay, when possible. The area is quiet, accessible and within easy reach of all local facilities and restaurants. It’s about half an hour from most of the parks. The owners are helpful and easily contactable.

The accommodation is great and the pool is fantastic. Everything is available that is necessary for a vacation near the parks. It's great that towels are available. Communication with the owners worked great. The broken handrail at the pool was fixed quickly. Some things need to be renewed and repaired. The drawers of the dresser in the master bedroom fall out when you open them, the sliding curtains unfortunately break when you use them, and the pool needs to be cleaned... a lot of dirt is stirred up from the floor. During our stay, only the chemicals were renewed. It's a great house that just needs a bit more love, we would definitely come back. Thank you for letting us spend our vacation in your house on our 25th wedding anniversary.

Lovely large villa perfect for a large family. My children loved the pool and were in it several times a day! Outside area very spacious, it was too hot to sit out and eat in August. My boys loved the game console and the games available. Davenport is so built up from the last time we visited. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay to visit the parks it was a great value for money home away from home. Thank you for letting us stay. Some notes (not negatives) Everything was a little tired, could do with a refresh. Information regarding trash collection needs to be updated, we put recycling bin out per instructions only to find they no longer collect in Polk county. My children were really looking forward to playing air hockey but it blows hardly any air so they couldn’t play it. The sun umbrellas were both broken in the garage, (luckily we checked before we went to beach) we brought a beach tent and left it there for others to use. The bottom of pool wasn’t very clean, and the hand rail into pool is very loose. The pool cleaners came but only put in some chemicals. We had a great holiday at Notre villa de Florida and would return in the future.

Had one of the best vacations with my kids and grandson.. house was great pool days everyday.

Property is beautiful through out. Pool is fantastic and always warm even though we had no pool heat.

We wanted a house close to Disneyworld, and this house was perfect for my family.

Close to plenty of places to eat and grocery store. The neighborhood was peaceful and I really enjoyed myself. Will definitely book again. Thank you!!

I had a nice weekend it’s beautiful and very quiet would stay again

Lovely place with everything we needed, we had the pleasure of nearly 4 weeks here and loved every minute, lovely big pool and good comfortable beds, reasonable distance to the parks although the I4 does get traffic build up we were generally at the parks within 30 odd minutes. Hosts were brilliant and even accommodated an extra night due to our flights being delayed by 24 hrs. Will stay again and would definitely recommend.

Lovely villa and amazing pool that was clean and a great size. Villa is in a quiet residential area and perfect location to parks etc. Host was very helpful and check in easy. Good size villa with everything we needed. A couple more sun loungers would of been nice ? Enjoyed our stay and would return.
