the house super fine. owner and contactperson super! Guisuppina is great help and always replying on questions even on touristic topics. House is full operational and provids all you want and are used to as at home. There is coffee tea salt pepper etc etc.great pool and good working airco’s. We can recomment it. Negatieve is that you must drive 8-10 minutes to a place to have a drink or to eat.

Very nice house, with big clean pool. Super seaview from the rooftop terrace. Short drive to great towns such as Lecce and Ostuni. Also 5 mins from the sea.

We enjoyed our stay at Liliana’s lovely house. The property is very large and lush with beautiful plantings and trees. And what is not to like about the beautiful pool! The beds were comfortable and we appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked for the meals we prepared. The location was very convenient to see the sights. Highly recommend a stay and hope to return.

Grounds and pool are lovely Lack of shade at the poolside (only one small parasol) and on the terrace (no shade in the morning). Air con does not work well, particularly in bedroom area, we were very hot at night. Outside space lighting isn’t good eg bbq in darkness, had to use my phone to light but seating area extremely bright/ too bright- so we sat at the table rather than using this space. Seating area is in direct sunlight in the morning so not well positioned or needs an awning to give shade.

The house is nice and and situated in a beautiful garden with a good swimming pool! The house is equipped with everything you need.

The Villa is well appointed and was clean and tidy on arrival. The local property manager was really helpful on check in and provided plenty of suggestions and help through the week. The space indoors and out is lovely; we especially enjoyed the terraces in the evening (both ground floor and the roof terrace), the outdoor bbq facilities, and the pool. Due to plenty of plants/trees on the large property plot, the Villa really feels secluded and very tranquil. A car is required, but it’s only a short drive to plenty of local amenities and attractions. The old centres of the two local villages are very lovely, and ostuni, about 15mins away, is a must see. The Villa is also only a short drive (5-10mins) from some laid back beach bars and a waterside nature reserve with plenty of beach options. The Villa is conveniently located for airports and the north of Puglia, whilst also allowing access via a reasonable drive to the the southern part of Puglia and the beaches of salento. Lecce was a forty minute drive, and 45 minutes got us to the wonderful beaches on the coast. Would happily stay again at Villa Siena (and probably will in the next couple of years!)

We enjoyed our stay very much. Good communications with Lilliana and Guiseppina. Guiseppina was very helpful. Tricky having no postcode to find the property especially when we arrived in the dark! We were sent the Google map link but took a while to get a WiFi signal. Nevertheless we especially loved the pool, bathrooms rather small, and lost hot water on a couple of occasions, also we did not find the mattresses very comfortable. Overall though very good.

From booking via vrbo to the check out, everything was a smooth process. Liliana was very helpful with all my questions leading up to the stay. The accommodation was easy to find (via google maps) and the pictures of the villa and descriptions were exactly how it was when arriving at the villa. Instructions were very clear and Giuseppina (house keeper) was welcoming and helpful. Communication from both Liliana and Giuseppina was fast. Location was great with only 20 mins drive to Ostuni and a 10min drive to the nearest Supermarket (Familia San Vito). We do recommend a car for ease of travel. One part which was a bit confusing was setting the house alarm, but just need to be patient. Highly recommend this villa. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Liliana and Giuseppina!

We spent a great time in Liliana’s house. You can find all the commodities you need to enjoy your holidays. The place is quite central for visiting the region. The house is very clean, the swimming pool as well and the area is quiet. We definitely recommend it. Thank you Liliana !

We comfortably spent our holiday in a fully equipped cosy house, provided with ample outdoor spaces and a remarkable mature lovely big garden, surrounding the swimming pool. From here, we reached the beaches on the shoreline, icluding Torre Guaceto Marine Protected Area, and visited many cities in the surrounding, including the magnificent baroque Lecce. The owner addressed all our need, and very kindly took care of verifying our comfort. Suggested, no doubts.
