This fabulous 5-bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic and central location. The villa is located just minutes' walk from the resort center and beaches of Protaras. The villa is furnished to a high standard both inside and outside, and the spacious garden and pool area overlooking the beautiful sea views provide the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

As you enter the villa, you will find the stylish and contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and diningarea. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a widescreen satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and features an island with seating for an extra three persons.
