Stayed Sep 4, 2025Property was outdated, shower would not drain, toilet would constantly run, refrigerator would not stay cool, outlets did not work. No call back from property management or owners. Over all stay was not enjoyable.

Stayed May 31, 2025Was not allowed to touch ac below 73 but the ac never worked correctly, so house was 79 to 80 degree. I called facility and they never called back finnally did then AC guy did come to state its not working properly. Also, house was dirty along with mattresses and bed was horrible. Dirty sheets, fans and chips in sinks/tubs.Game room was in garage which was so hot you couldn't stay in it!I will upload pics if it will allow.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024First of TVs need updating, pot n pans broken rusty n dirty, washer n dryer outdated mad pool table tore lots of wear n tear dining room table n chairs we're falling apart need updated furniture .For the price it can be updated I have this rating bc it was very disappointing.won't do happy n also ke a lot of noise,

Stayed May 11, 2023The sliding doors were off track. The master king size bedroom shower has mold on the shower head. The ceiling fan on the patio does not come on. Everything else was good.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023PRO’s - The location was great! The pool was very nice. No back neighbours. CON’s - The entire house was extremely dusty and dirty. Requires a deep clean, which is sad considering the cleaning/pet fees. Black mold in master shower. Very basic needs met for cooking. Will not return.

Stayed Sep 9, 2022Very easy renting the property. Communication was great. Again my only complaint is finding dirty dishes, men’s underwear under the bed, a moldy shower curtain, and one of the tubs had a slow drain. I just say for the amount that is charged for housekeeping it should be cleaned a lot better.

Stayed May 15, 2022Overall the experience was good. The TVs in the bedrooms were small, but we rarely watched them. The location was great and close to everything. We went to the parks and weren't home a lot, and this house met our needs.
