Private pool Villa with Game room close to Disney & Universal

The plane was very nice. My only complaint was not being able to use the hot tub when the pump drains

The house was clean and spacious, not sure why a “hot tub” is advertised when it is an additional charge to heat the pool and the “hot tub” never warmed up. Falsely advertised on the listing. Grill? Extra charge. No food or drinks allowed in the game room. Expect the absolute bare minimum with amenities, toilet paper? Conserve it because there is no extra.Hospitality is not this hosts strong suite. If you’re looking for a bare minimum place to stay this may work for you but expect NO extra amenities.

We stayed for a week. Host was tentative and accessible for all questions and concerns, responded quickly. Listing is accurate. Home has everything you need for your stay. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Pool and jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in. Gane room was very fun for the whole family. Would definitely stay again.

The house was clean and the property owner was great to work with. Just a little disappointed as I thought the listen read heated pool when I booked it and didn't mention any additional charges for it. When we arrived, we found out it would be 30 a day and take two days to heat if we wanted it ( we were only there for 4 days).

Everything was good except for some of the bedrooms where a little dirty and the hot tub was not functioning properly and cold other than that I would recommend a stay at this property

My family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks everything was great and one problem did arise the refrigerator and freezer stopped working I got in touch with the host and was replaced in a very timely manner will definitely stay here again

Amazing location close to Champions Gate. Very quiet neighbourhood. Close enough to the I4 so getting to the attractions is a simple affair. Listing exactly as described and pictures very accurate representation. Hosts were great and check in process was simple and fast. Will definitely be back!

This property is exactly as listed and offered everything we needed during our stay. Check in process was easy and the host is very informative. On arrival, the house was clean and pool was heated up ready to use as we requested. During our stay, we had to contact the property manager regarding a play pen and an issue with the pool. They were quick to drop off a play pen but the pool issues continued throughout the stay. The spa drains overnight and is not usable until it refills the next afternoon. This house has everything we needed during our stay but some things could use updating such as shower fixtures, mattresses are uncomfortable and loud, upstairs toilets need repairs and outdoor patio furniture is dated and dirty. The pool heat was great and kept the temperature up during our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and in a great location. Expect 30-45 minute drive to Disney with traffic. Overall, we would stay again!

The house was very nice and clean, but we kept receiving different instructions on things. The description we read on VRBO said that there was a heated pool; however, when we got there, we were told it was an extra $30 per day to heat the pool and jacuzzi so we weren’t able to use either unless we paid. The property manager, Christine, sent me a description that told about the fee, but when I sent her a copy of the description on the app, she replied “there is only one description”. Well, clearly that’s not true because I sent her the one I was reading and it was different than the one she sent me. Not sure why. Also, the thermostat was in a locked box and set at 74 degrees. After I contacted the management company, we were told where a key was hidden in order to adjust the temp so we ended up being comfortable. Before arriving, I received a separate email on how to lock the front door, but the lock was not even like the one in the email. I’m guessing the emails were automatically generated and had not been updated since the lock was changed. Also, there were check out instructions on the refrigerator and we received an email with instructions. The two were not at all the same. Maybe this house is rented through different entities, but it was very confusing. Other than the above, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The pool and jacuzzi situation was disappointing since we were in town to do Disney runs, but we weren’t at the house long enough each day to warrant the extra cost of heating them.
