Private Pool Villa close to Disney Parks with free Wifi and BBQ

Great house for family with teens and young adults.Easy to get to parks and space for down time.

The house was conveniently located near the parks in a quiet neighborhood. Was very easy to find Based on the pictures, we thought it had a fenced backyard. The backyard was an open shared yard. The pool was nice, private and screened in. 4 bedrooms with three bathrooms were plenty for our families stay. The kitchen had a good amount of pots, pans and dishes for meal prep, with a full size fridge and stove. Large bowls were scarce though. The beds were quite comfortable and internet TV a plus. Walmart was 5 minutes from the residence. There were plenty of souvineir shops along to main road near the house. Our host was very nice and communicated freely with us.

Great Clean Close to everything

Great stay and accurate to the description. Very clean! Stayed for son’s volleyball tournament, Exactly what we needed.

I and my Family totally enjoyed the place. Great space. Quiet community. The only problem encountered was all the toilets kept clogging right from day one. Other than that, everything was perfect. The pool was incredible. The kids had fun.

This house is very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for all. We really enjoyed the pool.

Great location, house was just exactly as it looked on line. We enjoyed the pool.The only negative which was resolved was the grill had a lock on it when i called the number in the house they didnt have the code and told me it would be 100 to use it. I messaged the owner thru the ap he gave the code and said the cleaners jusr asked it to be clean.

My family & I have just returned from staying at this property. We found the property very nice & spacious and in a fantastic area. It was only a 20 minute drive to all the theme parks and a short 5 minute drive to Walmart. The owner was fantastic at communicating with anything we contacted him about, very helpful & accomodating. The only negatives we have is there is no pool safety screen which was not great with a 2 year old & the bottom of the pool could do with being refurbished, it is very rough on your feet. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely return in the future & recommend to others.

All I need to say is ‘we will be back’

Beautiful spacious, comfortable home. Perfect location. Everything we needed was provided there. Close to attractions and shopping. We would definately recommend this home. We had fun, and when guests came over, they commented on how nice the home was. 5 stars!

Came in for the VMX conference with my family. The house was gorgeous! So much room and kids had a blast playing ping pong. Easy access to Disney! Had a wonderful time! Will stay again!

Good overall experience. Property on great location for my purposes. No gate entry a plus. No TV in all rooms a slight minus.

With 3 adults ans 3 kids, this was the perfect place for us to stay. Having two ensuite rooms was perfect for the adults and the kids loved having a pool right out back! Close enough to everything we needed for our stay.

They was fantastic right up until raccoon fell through the ceiling of the Lanai not much you could do about that overall stay was fantastic

We stayed for just under two weeks in middle August and the trip was amazing with amazing value with this property. Located perfectly to pretty much everything . We did several trips around and not just the theme parks and the location was perfect. The house amenities were fantastic and it made everything so easy. Our only suggestion is black out blinds / curtains in the master bedroom would be welcome but all in all we cannot recommend the house enough. Check in super simple also.

Very easy check in and owners were very quick to respond with any issuses we had. Kids loved the pool and all the games that they had available to play while we were there.

Very clean. Lots of activities (ping pong, shuffle board & games), plus the pool. Would have been nice to have some pool toys/floats included, but we bought some. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware. No matter where we drove (Disney Springs, Universal & OCCC), traffic was always horrible & due to all the different places we went, can’t comment on specific location for our stay.

Lovely clean house in a quiet neighborhood Curtains in the bedrooms would be a good idea as the blinds alone don't keep out the light Will definitely book it again
