Private pool, sea views. Legal villa

We will definitely be back! A real home from home. So well equipped both in the kitchen and the pool area. Our hosts have been so helpful and kind and genuinely wanted us to have a great time - which we did ?. A fab villa. Its elevated position gave great sea views from the ‘naya’. An added luxury was weekly cleaning - included in the price -with fresh bedding and towels. Air-con in every room made for easy sleeping in the height of summer. The pool was crystal clear and regularly cleaned throughout our stay. Having a fridge by the pool made it all very relaxing. And the bbq area made evening meals super easy and fab fun. We also had the nice surprise of a welcome pack in the fridge on arrival! The villa is very well located with Aldi being 3 minutes drive away, the beach a 5 minute drive and you can be in Calpe in 10 minutes. For both kids and adults there are lots of watersports available at Fustera and Basetes beaches.

Close to several towns, loads in local area to do, not far from beach, good restaurants just few mins walk away. Pool was super clean and loved the bar next to it! Can't wait to go back again. Owners were really helpful and sent lots of info before we travelled. Amazing holiday!

Our stay in this villa was absolutely fabulous!

The house is in very good condition and clean. The outside area offers a lot of variety due to its diverse terrace. Since the stairs down to the pool are quite steep and uneven, this can be problematic for older people and children. But this is also pointed out in the description. Down at the pool there is a very big second kitchen, so that you don't have to carry down everything for eating and drinking from above every time. The pool was clean and big. Opposite there is a tennis court, which was not perceived as disturbing.

So where to start; We booked this Villa based on the pictures and it’s location, we paid the deposit and well in advance and then waited with excitement for the holiday to arrive. Jackie (the owner) contacted me via WhattsApp on the 20th July a month prior introducing herself and giving me her contact details. We continued to engage, with me asking silly questions until our departure date, I always got a response from Jackie. When we arrived at the Villa it was exactly as described. I felt I was moving into someone’s well maintained home. This Villa is well equipped with absolutely everything you will need, so if you are thinking I need to bring a corkscrew- Don’t, you will not need it. Aircon throughout a fantastic pool area and that wonderful Naya to pass the nights away what more can you ask for. Jackie is extremely responsive to messages and has the interests of her tenants very much at heart. Her main goal is your enjoyment of your holiday. I felt as if I were a friend by the time we left. The villa itself is well maintained, fresh, clean, spacious and fantastic value. I have Holiday’d in this area many times and this has to count as my number 1 experience in terms of Villa, owner interest and facilities The Villa is elevated in the Buenavista area and has a fantastic sea view with the sun in the important areas all day. If you need shade it is available. On the pool level there is a fully equipped bathroom including shower. No need for towels, inflatables, pool toys as they are all their in abundance. The pool area has a fridge where plastic containers (with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks) can be kept cool for those pool days. Local events were in abundance, and Jackie was very good at keeping you informed of what was going in in the community during your stay. I rated this as 5 star, if allowed it would be a lot higher in terms of experience and satisfaction I highly recommend this villa not only for its character but for the overall experience from well before you depart to well after you leave Thank You Jackie for a fantastic holiday experience

This Villa was beautiful, even more so than the pictures. We arrived in our time (has we drove) , nobody waiting around for us has there had key locks so that relieved a lot of stress. Once arrived the Villa was 5 star, very clean, modern and big, big enough for a family of 5, plenty of room. There was plenty of outside space, it had its own BBQ with seating area so you can eat alfresco which we did every day. There is also a large Naya (balcony) to keep cool and if you wish to eat your dinner whilst the sun is setting. The views are spectacular!!!... Then there is the pool area. It is a sun trap for you sun seekers, but also has its own shaded area if you wish to escape the Mediterranean sun, the pool area also has plenty of sun loungers and seating , also has it own fridge and electrical supply. The Villa is within walking distance to a local small coved beach, and shop but the main costal resort of Calp was around 10 minutes drive or taxi. Calp its self is a less busy, but more classy, Benidorm but still had plenty to do with great beaches and not over crowded. The owners were very helpful, we contacted them during the stay and there replied within minutes. Any question was not to much for them . Taxi to calp was only 12 euro, my parents booked a hotel in calp at the same time and we used to collect them and there would get a taxi home after a BBQ and a few cold can of cervezas. Benissa was also a short drive away and had plenty to offer, had your local Lidl, Consumes, petrol, car wash & afew local bars. All in all an amazing stay and will defo stop again.

Firstly the Villa is sooo beautiful. Very modern, clean & comfortable.. Has everything you'll ever need and more during your stay.. Also if you needed any information or help on anything Jackie (the owner) was so helpful via what's app messaging!. If it was a local taxi number, local shop etc she'd be happy to help.. The Pool area is amazing, so beautiful, clean and again well equipt. Enjoyed our whole week at this villa, spending most of it around the pool or having a BBQ. The A/C at night time was well needed. I would truly recommend this Villa for any body wanting to stop in a breath taking part of the Costa Blanca / Spain. There is local shops within easy reach, along with little cove beaches, however if you have access to a car like we did has we drove there in the local town of Benissa there have a consum, lidl , petrol stations, irish bar and many more. I would highly recommend visiting Calp also, only 7km away and the views whilst driving down leave you speechless. Calp itself is a classy Benidorm, has everything you need and there is a long walkway to either side of the famous rock,to walk your days away whilst the hot sun is beating down, the beaches are clean and very child friendly. If you dont have assess to a car its fine has a taxi is only €12 from the Villa to Calp. Myself, my husband and all our children age 7, 6 and 3 had the best week ever and will be going back.
