PRIVATE Countryside Villa with PRIVATE 10m x 4m pool and PRIVATE Garden

It was truly fantastic. Both the trulli house, the swimming pool, and the surroundings. The contact with Paolo and Costanza also went very smoothly. A hidden gem!

Clean, spacious well equipped property in a private, rural location. Lovely pool and outside eating area. Annie was fantastic and full of helpful information and suggestions. A hire car is essential to access services and see the local area. Lovely beaches and hill-top towns within 15-45 min drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday.

We had a lovely stay at the villa, so peaceful and a great place to relax and unwind. Annie was fantastic and provided the best welcome pack ever! Some lovely towns to visit within easy driving distance with Matera the icing on the cake. Villa was a bit isolated but great if you just want peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our family vacation in Puglia a lot. There are so many things to see and experience. The location of the property is a bit further away in the countryside as expected, but we enjoyed the privacy and the quietness a lot. Annie, the property manager has been wonderful! Professional, helpful and available when needed.

The villa is a beautiful home from home located in a peaceful tranquil setting and has been designed to take advantage of the countryside views. Pool is incredible and everything is provided that you would possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Communication with the villa owners was amazing as was the support of Annie who was on hand to answer any question we had whilst giving us real local knowledge and insight. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Southern Italy. Thank you!

If you really want to escape busy life, book at Villa Vincenzo. Great place with maximum privacy in a natural surrounding.

The house is perfect for a familiy of 5-6. The pizzaoven was superfun for pizza lovers. The location was a bit far from Ceglie Messapica. Annie was absolutely wonderful. From the first meeting with a lovely welcome gift, to quick replies for any question we had, fixing problems asap, and just beeing so nice. Thank you so much again Annie :-) And thank you Peter & Tammie for letting us enjoy your beautiful Italian summer house.

Clean, tidy and well equipped property situated in a very rural position amongst the ancient Olive groves in the area. Kept cool enough despite the 38 degree heat by the two aircon units. The pool is great and the pizza oven a benefit for those that can make a pizza. The local town of Ceglie is quite a surprise - it really is lovely making your way around the old town alley ways. Stumble upon the many restaurants - book ahead at weekends - and old architecture. Not the glitz of Ostuni but neither the crowds or higher prices that town attracts. The property is very secluded and very quiet - we could very faintly hear the dog barking a mile away but otherwise the hum of wild life is your backdrop. Annie the house keeper is a bible of information and help, whilst great communication with the owners leading up to the stay. It is a great choice for your holiday base in Apulia.

Private and peaceful spot from which to explore the area. A bit of find at first (the streets sometimes to Google map are confusing) but Annie was patient and we located meet spot. Some minor issues with door knobs but Annie quickly took care. The pool was a super nice treat and we used everyday. Especially good after sightseeing in the warm bright cloudless skies. Kitchen well supplied. Annie was invaluable-thanks again. Got hot for 3 days and while AC not direct in bedrooms. Fans to move the AC air into bedrooms would be helpful. Would certainly stay again.
