Premium 3 Bedroom Golf Villa - 5 Minute Walk To Beach

The property was conveniently located to the beach, golf, restaurants and Harbour Town which had nightly live music.The property managers, Pat and Sonny Sage, are easy to work with and respond quickly to all questions. We would consider this property again.

This was our third stay at this townhome in Hilton Head. The property is in an ideal location, close to the golf course, walkable to the beach and pool, and minutes away from shopping and dining. Our kids (10 and 14 yo) love it here and ask to return each summer. The unit was freshly painted and is very well maintained. The unit was spotless on our arrival and the owner was very helpful during an unexpected water shut-down in the community, even coming by to ensure the outage would be remedied quickly. Plenty of fresh linens, beach towels, soaps and detergents on hand. The kitchen is fully stocked and makes it easy to cook away from home. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring plenty of rest after an active day outside. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property. Owners went above and beyond also sending me back my daughter's bracelet that was left behind on accident. Great experience from checking in to leaving. Will definitely consider using this property again next time we visit Sea Pines.

Pat was very helpful when we called to say microwave was not working properly she had another there within 1 hour of contacting her. Condo was clean, beds were very comfortable. Right next to bike shop which was very helpful. 2 min bike ride to the beach club!

Comfortable and well equipped villa that is tastefully decorated. Ideal for families of all ages with proximity to bike rentals, golf course and beach club. Extremely responsive manager who fixed a light switch that was not working properly.

This is the third year we have enjoyed staying in this bright, beautiful villa, which speaks for itself! For starters, its location is central to just about anything you would like to do in Sea Pines. Harbor Town, the beach (a 5-10 minute walk), the Sea Pines shops, the Beach Club and golfing are all within reasonable walking distance. And if you’d rather bike, a bike rental shop is just next door. This villa is also convenient to the Sea Pines back gate, which allows easy access to and from the resort.The villa itself is lovely with an attractive, modern, “beachy” vibe. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and each has its own en-suite bath. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s plenty of seating in the dining and living areas. This villa is at the end of the row so it is very quiet and private. Two large sliding doors provide wonderful light as well as entertaining views of golfers on the 9th hole of the Atlantic Dunes course. We have stayed in several different locations in Sea Pines over the years. While they were all very nice, this is by far our favorite.

A friend and I stayed here for 2 weeks. We chose this townhome because of its proximity to the beach. The property was as lovely as it appeared to be on the vrbo website. It is very nicely decorated with a well supplied kitchen. The entire unit was in great condition. The patio overlooking the golf course was nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we made plans to come again next year.

This is our second stay at this townhome on Hilton Head Island. The location is ideal: on site pool, easy parking, short walk to beach, adjacent to golf course, quiet community, close to many restaurants and activities. The home was fairly recently renovated and the decor is inviting. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has ample supplies and newer appliances. We appreciate the soaps, paper products, and fresh towels. The home was not as clean upon our arrival as it had been last year and we have raised this with the owners to be addressed for future guests. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

This condo was beautiful, very comfortable, clean and well kept. Very nicely decorated, too! All the amenities and kitchen tools you need. Thanks again for sharing your place with us! The coffee maker quit working while we were there and we appreciated the owner’s quick response - dropped off a brand new one the same day! We love Sea Pines too - definitely one of our best vacations!

Our family of 5 loved the space and location. We were able to ride our bikes to the beach in 5 min or so. We didn’t use the pool much but it was close by and clean. We had an issue one day and Sonny was responsive and had it fixed quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Unbelievable upgrades throughout. Location was ideal for the Beach Club, Harbortown, golf courses. Loved riding the trolley and bike riding (used Cross Island bikes). Everything you need is there including a Keurig and regular coffee pot. Had a great dinner at Charlie’s. Nicest decor of all the rentals we have had in Sea Pines. 3 large bedrooms each with a bathroom. Hosts are available if needed but we didn’t need anything! Definitely coming back!

Beautifully renovated! Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite, great location! Out of this world views of the course. Kitchen was well equipped! Pool was just ok. Overall fantastic, clean, and would stay here again.

The location of the villa was perfect for our family with a very short walk or bike ride to the beach. We enjoy biking, and the trail access was literally outside the front door. The villa was incredibly clean

This property is the closest one to the beach and is an end unit. It is well appointed with every thoughtful detail. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture complete the stay and the owner is very responsive.

We love staying at Plantation Club Villas !! The location is wonderful and the condo is amazing. It’s all newly renovated and the owners did a fantastic job. We have been coming here for many years.

Loved the villa! It’s been very nicely updated and decorated. It is an end unit, which is nice. Beautiful view over the golf course. Each bedroom with its own bathroom a big plus. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.
