Located in a an exclusive residential area just a few minutes walk from the beaches and the city centre , this stunning italian style villa provides guests with all possible comforts, from relaxing indoor spaces, to a personal housekeeper 6 days a week, and a heavenly private pool.


EXTERIORS

The Seaside Luxury Retreat is surrounded by several outdoor relaxation areas in its beautiful garden overlooking the sea. The shaded terrace just outside the Villa is extremely spaciousand furnished with plenty of sofas and chairs, for afternoon drinks or evening aperitifs with a view. The garden itself is sublime, having been meticulously tended. A suggestive paved path leads guests to the seafront terrace of the Villa, slightly shaded and overlooking the crystalline waters below. It is the ideal place to watch the sunset with a cocktail or a meal. Lounge chairs and umbrellas allow guests to bask in this oasis of tranquility and exquisite natural beauty. The view from the villa overlooks the bay of San Michele di Pagana directly.

INTERIORS

The spacious interiors of Villa Bianca are arranged over three floors, accommodating up to 10 guests in total. When guests enter this dream villa, they will be greeted by an entrance hall, the floor immediately hosts two bedrooms, one of which overlooks the splendid garden with lawn and balcony overlooking the sea. The second double bedroom is decorated with a splendid antique fireplace and also overlooks the sea. The third bedroom on this floor has two single beds, ideal as a children’s room. To complete the floor a large bathroom with toilet, spacious shower and bathtub. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms each with a private balcony overlooking the bay. At the service of each room are two lovely bathrooms decorated in typical Italian style. The ground floor of the villa has a bright living area decorated with antiques, a separate dining area which leads directly to the garden equipped with relaxation corners and a magnificent sea view. In a separate area is the kitchen where our maid can pamper our guests with typical food of the region, outside we offer a dining area and wood-burning oven with barbeque. A large bathroom and the laundry room complete this floor of the house. For the younger ones, the villa offers an outbuilding with a pool table, bathroom and sofa where you can relax in company.

EXTRA SERVICES

Villa Bianca offers a daily cleaning service 6 days a week for 4 hours a day. On request we can organize massages, yoga classes, boat excursion reservations, restaurant reservations, scooter rental, professional chef at home, transport to and from the airport.
