The property is situated on the peaceful urbanization of Punta Lara, approximately 2km west of Nerja. It is only 10 minutes walk from the beach, has 3 bars/restaurants that cater for the whole family within 200 meters and a communal pool (only accessable to residents adults and childrens) which also has an infant pool monitored by a qualified lifeguard when open between May and September. This is a typical Spanish house comprising two twin bedrooms, one large bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Large lounge/diner with air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, shower/wc room on the second floor. The villa also has a balcony with sea views to enjoy the peace and solitude of balmy evenings. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.
