The property has a large plot with a forest area, located in a quiet area just 15 minutes from the beach, ideal for families.

The property consists of:On the ground floor: entrance hall, living room with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, spiral staircase that gives access to the first floor, a full bathroomwith bathtub, a room with two single beds, a room with billiards, and two more rooms with two single beds,

On the first floor: 1 room with four single beds, a room with two single beds and inside this we find a toilet and the door that gives access to another room with two beds.

The property has air conditioning in the dining room, in the games room, in the kitchen, in 1 room on the ground floor and in 1 room on the 1st floor.

And outside, a beautiful saltwater pool with a terrace and loungers.

You can park on the property, there are some areas of the property such as the warehouses that are closed, they cannot be used by tenants.

The property is only closed at the front.

It is completely forbidden to have a barbecue due to the risk of fire.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are included.

Final cleaning is included.

    Beautifully situated house with a pool, perfect for a few relaxing days with friends. Bring Tennisballs in case you want to play and a beamer for movie-nights. Thank you for having us.

    Très bon séjour à la Finca Els Pins. La maison est confortable et bien isolée, avec beaucoup d'espace, c'est très agréable. La cuisine bien équipée et la maison bien sécurisée. Le service d'accueil était excellent, avec le sourire, et très professionnel. Les petits bémols : il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain, ça demande de l'organisation quand nous sommes 12 à vouloir se laver. En arrivant la piscine n'était pas complétement propre, mais elle s'est nettoyée au cours de la semaine. Le terrain de tennis méritait un coup de nettoyage. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle semaine.
