All perched on a private hilltop lot, so no matter where you choose to relax, you'll have incredible views of the valley below.

Pinot Point is a gorgeous mansion nestled in the hills of Temecula and just a short drive from all of the best wineries in the area. This luxeretreat has an entire suite of amenities curated to keep your group connected and entertained. A huge backyard with green space and yard games, an expansive pool (a gate around the pool has been added for safety), and a chic firepit area all overlook the surrounding landscape. You can spend hours dining al fresco at the large outdoor table as the sun sets behind the hills and colors the sky. Or, head inside to find even more fun, including a movie room that will have you feeling like you've just stepped into the theater!

Every aspect of this home is designed to help your group experience Temecula in comfort and style. A large kitchen and additional prep spaces make it easy to keep everyone fed, while plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms provide privacy and space to make yourself at home. Open the front and back doors to let fresh air flow through the house as you enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in the indoor/outdoor sitting room.

There's a lot to see in Temecula and even more to drink. Our suggestion A tour at one of the local wineries so you and your group can sample a diverse range of local flavors. For something less intoxicating but equally fun, visitors can berry-pick at local farms and taste the fruits of their labor. Hot air-ballooning is a stunning way to see the rolling hills of Southern California wine country from every angle and is one of Temecula's most sought-after attractions.

- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music, or there will be a $500 fine
- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool with spa heat is just $350 per day, plus tax, and should be paid for the whole duration of your stay.
- The built-in SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax, and should be paid for the whole duration of your stay.
- For safety, a fence has been installed around the pool.
- There is an above-ground spa that can be heated with no fee.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Riverside County has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The fire bowls are not available for guest use.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home.
- The pool is now fenced.
- Due to the remote location of our properties, guests may experience unannounced power outages.


Parking Details:
The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 cars.
3 cars can be parked in the garages.
3 cars can be parked in the front roundabout area in front of the home.
Street parking is not allowed.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
