Pets! Ocean Breeze villa w/1st flr bdrm. Close to beach, pool, shopping, dining,

It was just that. I stopped by Myrtle beach before I went there, which was much cheaper and of better quality. The condo wasn't good for its reputation, it wasn't soundproof, and especially the meth in the bed was terrible, so my back hurt the whole time I stayed there. Not so good

Had a few issues during our stay but they were resolved fairly quickly

Great spot for a relaxing trip

This property is beautiful and spacious! Plenty of room for my husband, son (2 year old), and parents. We appreciated how fully equipped the kitchen is, the second floor laundry, and access to beach equipment among many other amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The location is close enough to walk or drive to the beach. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Comfy beds, great kitchen, cozy sofa, close to pool, 15 minute walk to Alder lane beach access with fabulous beach front marriot bar-good food, even better drinks! Big thanks to Tom for fixing the AC. Another wonderful vacation in Hilton Head- we will be back next year!

My wife and myself along with our youngest daughter and her husband made the trip to Hilton Head. We had planned on their daughter joining us but she could not get off of work. My son in law and I played golf twice and really enjoyed the courses. The local seafood was very fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the pools on the property and thoroughly enjoyed the week.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed our time with our older kids and dogs. Would stay again anytime.

The pictures describe everything very good. We loved the access to beach toys and chairs while we were there. It should be noted that the address is 19 Lemoyne, but the unit number is 79. It was very confusing trying to find which unit as it was not listed this way prior. Bedrooms were clean and everything was top-notch. Great rental and full kitchen to cook all meals. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was also a great plus for 6 adults and 2 children. Thank you, Tom!

We enjoyed the unit and had a fun week. The Christmas tree was a nice surprise.

Dishwasher did not clean. Floors were buckling and a safety hazard. Will be ok if they fix those issues.

Host was very quick and responsive in addressing questions. Property was clean and well provisioned.

We were visiting for a family wedding weekend and enjoyed the location and all the supplies that were in the condo.

The place was as advertised; centrally located with easy access to beaches, shopping and walking/biking trails. The house was clean and comfortable. Beach accessories were available and pool is right across the way. Check in was simple and the owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. Clean bedding and towels were in place upon arrival. We could immediately grab a shower after our long travel.

The property had great updates and was very comfortably furnished. Deck box had items for the beach and was nice to have at the house. We had a little hiccup with the air conditioning unit, Tom was very responsive and stayed in contact with us until it was resolved. Two disappointments: 1 was the dishwasher inside was covered in mold and mildew, we ran it empty but it did not clean it and so we hand washed dishes the entire stay 2 the back deck and chairs were covered in pine needles and debris. The debris had been on the furniture long enough that it would not just brush off. This made the deck unusable. We enjoyed the property overall.

Overall this place was a great value for a 3 bedroom near the beach!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. The upstair bunk bedroom was great for our grandchildren. There was plenty of space to play nightly card games. The location was convenient for the beach and Coligny Plaza. We loved it!

One of the best vacation experiences in my life. The place was clean, updated and has a great location. Hope to be back next year!

Great space for two couples. 10 min walk to beach. Wagon and chairs provided. We had great access to many many great golf courses. Bring your mosquito repellent. One minute drive to Coligny beach. We would definitely go back. The whole area is dog friendly
