Perfect holiday Sitges, private villa, pool, beach, lots of character!

Fantastic villa in a perfect location! Close to shops and the beach, with everything within easy reach. The house is wonderfully spacious and the pool is great for cooling off. Bonus: tennis courts just a few minutes’ walk away, free to use for residents of the neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here.

Host v helpful responsive in advance of our stay and Manager present on the ground also super helpful responsive. Villa is nicely located in the hills away from the hustlebustle, but only a short drive to local village Sitges. Property could do with some TLC and upgrading throughout, but I think in fairness that’s reflected in the price. No a/c but plenty of fans. Suggest insect screens across doors (the property shares its location with the mosquitoes) would be more comfortable in the heat than sleeping under mosquito nets. We enjoyed our stay there v much - all necessary amenities provided and with great views. Swimming in the evening watching the bats dive was a highlight!

We were 6persons so we didnt use the third floor bedrooms and stayed during july when it was around 30-32 degrees.The house was awesome and we used the pool several times a day.Tom was easy to reach and to communicate with and took very good care of us. The house is very spaceous and great social areas, the only thing that we sometimes missed during the hot nights on the upper floor was airconditioning.Otherwise we missed nothing, it was a fantastic stay and something to remember! 10min from the supermarket in Sitges and a 45min drive to/from airport and close to much to easily fill a couple of weeks adventures in the vicinity, we will definitely hire again!

Sociable and comfortable holiday home with everything you need for a self-catering holiday in the sun. Location is fab as long as you have cars to get about: Sitges was our favourite town in the area (for cafes, shops, museums and general atmosphere) and Barcelona is easy to get to, too. We also enjoyed a Cava tour in Villafranka. October was still hot enough to enjoy the villa's terraces and the unheated pool for short swims. Beds were very comfy. Found the hosts to be very helpful with messaging and local info, and they were flexible with stated check-in time etc. Would happily return. too to,tio, too.

Hedwig and Tom's villa fits our family of 7 + a dog perfectly. the high ceilings in the living room adjacent to the dining and kitchen invited us to hang out, cook, and eat together. the pool was clean and refreshing. beds and baths were clean and comfortable. we recommend this villa without hesitation. thank you Hedwig and Tom for the use of your villa!

Absolutely stunning house , so much room and all different areas , pool was perfect , bedrooms were huge !!! We all loved this property ❤️ A little bit remote but with a car this wasnt a problem !!

We stayed 6 nights at the house and had a wonderful and relaxing time there. The house is perfectly located with no direct neighbors so we could enjoy maximum privacy. We also enjoyed the beautiful beaches in Sitges because it takes only 15 minutes by car to get there! Tom and Hedwig have been very kind and helpful before/during/after our stay! Thank you so much! The atmosphere of the living area and the surrounding view at the pool will definitely stay in our memories for a very long time!

Nice design and layout. Enjoyed all the terraces. Well thought out nice detail touches throughout the property. Really comfortable stay.

A lovely Villa well maintained , the space was perfect especially for family and friends . Lots of outside space perfect . You do need transport to get in and out of Sitges as 10 mins drive away , Taxi about €20 from Sitges. More info on local taxi firms, numbers, or apps would have been useful Would definitely return

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. There are plenty different areas to relax. The villa is well equipped. The pool was really nice and appreciated. The house is also well decorated. Hedwige and Tom were also really nice and helpful. Thanks a lot !
