Beautiful holiday house in a quiet neighborhood of Biscarrosse Plage. 5min by foot to most amenities (food market everyday in July-August) and 10min to the beach and surf. 140m2 make it ideal for multiple families with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 50m2 of common living space. Large garden, a heated swimming pool and a garage make the offer unique. You can reach the lake by car in 5min, La Dune du Pyla in 15min and le Bassin d'Arcachon in 20min. Bordeaux, the airport and wineyards are 1h away.<br>
Ideal location: your car will stay parked throughout your holidays! Everything is accessible by foot or bicycle: food market (in summer), beach, bars, restaurants, Casino, parks, football pitch, skate park. Bisc'Aventure is also located 5min by foot and is an exciting Treetop adventure course for the whole family.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and your kids will be able to enter in and out the property without you worrying about it. The garden is about 1000m2 big to make you feel comfortable and the pool is secluded enough so that nobody can see you enjoying it.

The lake can be reached by car in 5min and is a perfect setting to have a change from the ocean: shallow beaches with no current streams, setting with bars and restaurants and AquaPark which is a set of inflatable structures directly on the lake for a lot of fun!
