Stayed Jul 27, 2024Americo and HansJoörg both were great in getting back to us. Villa was v clean. Lovely pool, view and outdoor area to relax in. Rooms are fairly basic but met all our needs. Lovely villa as a whole, perfect for our 3 families with 3 kids each aged 8-17. Great location. Volleyball pitches looked amazing, our kids played in them but not for volleyball!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024We (12 beach-volleyball fanatics plus one beach-volleyball fanatic 1 1/2 year old) had an amazing 7 days in the castelo. It was so simple to have a wonderful time in this house, as the whole location had everything we needed and more. We'll come back 100% next year! Special thanks to Americo for taking care and being responsive every time we needed him!

Stayed Jun 23, 2019The place is amazing. the house is very comfortable and big, with all the amenities. The swiming pool and barbacue are great. the volley courts are perfect, we really have spent an amazing week. The house is close to the beach but you have to take the car (5 minutes by car), the host is very kind, we will repeat for sure. Everything was as expecte. The volley courts even better than expected. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a wonderful property. We were the first English group to stay at the property - and hopefully we won't be the last. A group of 15 - 8 adults and 7 children, there was room for everyone and more. Great facilities that were all the better for having a history within the area. The pool is terrific and so much bigger than what you would normally get in a villa rental. The volleyball courts are great for those who want to be energetic in the boring Portuguese summer sun! Special mention must also go to Americo, the house keeper. A source of local knowledge an help. Only too happy to sort any problems (ours were small and down to user error and not the villa!). Closer enough to Faro not to require a long drive, but secluded and quiet. All in all a great place to have a holiday.
