Internal Living: Spanning 375m² across three levels, Penthe Manor House blends historic character with effortless modern comfort. Wooden-beamed ceilings, elegant staircases and carefully selected furnishings create a warm yet refined ambience. The spacious living areas on the ground and first floor have independent internal entrances, while externally they connect via a generous balcony with a stone staircase, as well as through the ground-floor courtyard entrance.

    We stayed for five nights with two families of four adults and four children aged 10 to 12. The house has a centuries-old history and has been perfectly renovated. Spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, brand new bathrooms, excellent cleanliness and a beautiful exterior with a swimming pool overlooking a valley of olive trees. The house is situated on the heights of the beautiful village of Koumi, where it is pleasant to walk among fig and pomegranate trees. The people of this small village are friendly and welcoming. It is a twenty minute drive from the beaches of Plakias and Preveli and from Rethymno. Special thanks to Miss Irini who welcomed us with extreme kindness and professionalism.     We spent fabulous holidays in this villa. Everything was perfect : confortable and lovely villa, pool and mountains view, nice neighbours. House was very clean. Inrini has organised our arrival with a delicious welcome basket and typical crete diner made by her nice mother. We strongly recommand this villa! Many thank to Irini and her Family!
