Peaceful Villa w/ Heatable Pool and BBQ

Everything about this stay was seamless. The outdoor space is the real highlight of the villa—we opted to have the pool heated, which was definitely worth it! We spent every afternoon lounging by the poolside and enjoying the sunshine. The house was spotless and very well looked after.

We really enjoyed our stay the villa felt welcoming and easy to relax in, with a lovely flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. It was perfect for unwinding after days exploring nearby beaches. We also had a wonderful experience booking one of the company’s boat trips.

We arrived at 4.15 to find cleaners had just arrived despite having all day to clean. They left after 15minutes leaving cigerette butts and filth behind including a mop bucket that looked like it was 10 years old. The door locks of the villa were all damaged so we could not leave anything in the villa. The pool was filthy and covered in green algae. The furnitute was old, damaged and damgerous. The bath has a rusty hole in it and is broken at one corner. The sunbeds are a lottery of ones you can use and ones you can not. 2 of them collapsed broken when we sat on them. The furniture inside was old and broken and quite honestly dangerous. To top it all off they are now telling me they are not returning my deposit because of the broken sunbeds. I can show anyone who wants to see the damages and 17 emails i sent to the agent during my stay. Even the cleaners seen the broken locks and agreed that we could not use the pool until 3 days into our holiday someone arrived to clean it. I have photos of the green slime on the pool also shoukd anyone wish to sed them. If i could rate this villa with no stars i would. Disgustingly filthy and unsuitable for normal families. Please avoid like the plague. Unfortunately i can only add 8 photos but am more than willing to provide the other 22 i have taken. Broken carousel, sockets broken off wall, all the damaged locks, the ssfe with rusted battery terminals thst did not work, filthy cutting boards, filthy pots and pans and more

This villa was the ideal setting for our holiday in the Algarve. The house offers plenty of space for larger families or groups, and the layout makes it easy to enjoy time together while still having privacy when needed. The pool was a highlight, we opted for the heating and it was absolutely worth it. The barbecue area and outdoor dining space were used daily, and the overall atmosphere was so peaceful. Its location close to Praia da Oura and Olhos de Água gave us plenty of options for beach days and dining out. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bermudas. The villa is bright, airy, and very well maintained. It has a lovely flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces, with the pool area easily accessible from the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable even on warmer days. The area is calm and residential, but in just a few minutes we could reach shops, restaurants, and some of the Algarve’s best beaches. It’s the kind of place you book and don’t want to leave.

The bedrooms are comfortable, and having four bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area, the private pool and BBQ space were where we spent most of our time. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the centre of Albufeira and beautiful beaches. It offered the perfect balance between relaxation and easy access to activities. Highly recommended!

The check in time was at 16. However, it was a self check in and we were in front of the house at 15.50. We called 3 times but no one gave us the code and told us to wait till after 16 even though the house was already ready and no one was in the.house. When we told the company the dishwasher was broken. They said they will report it to the team but they never did anything about it and we had to fix it ourself. Also one one sink wasn’t working, a table was broken
