Stayed Sep 14, 2024Ideally situated if you want the best of both worlds. Peaceful hillside setting with beautiful views- A short seven minute drive down a bendy road to Erbalunga with it's restaurants and bars. Bear in mind that Erbalunga is a quiet seaside village/town- nightlife is restricted to restaurants. A fifteen minute drive up the coast will bring you to a marvelous, sandy beach with a low-key beach bar/restaurant. from the house, there is a great view of the isle of Elba.

Stayed Sep 1, 2018Very nice apartment. You can see the owners invested their heart in it. It is very welcoming and cosy. The view is breathtaking. Indeed, the jacuzzi is in the back garden but is a few steps away and the stone stairs are not so problematic like I was expecting after reading some of the other reviews. Our 2 year old son didn't have any problems going up and down. Of course as a parent we needed to take care..but don't we always ? The sun shade sail which is available at the jacuzzi, beside it's obvious function also ensured our privacy. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped. The plus for us: the appartment was very clean. The onwers are very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Thank you! And YES, we definitely recommend this location.
