Great location. Very clean. Exactly as listed. Enjoyed our stay!!

What can we say other than perfection. Kathleen and Tom were fantastic hosts. The instruction booklet sent to us was so helpful. And cooks will never long for a kitchen tool. This home has it all. It's quiet with a beautiful view. Parking is right outside the outdoor steps. And yes there are steps but split up into 3 smaller flights so one can rest if need be. Enjoy your stay in Kiawah Island as we did.

We’ve been visiting Kiawah for over 20 years, and this stay ranks among the best! The home was spotless and very well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, right next to Night Heron Park, which made for easy access to beautiful nature trails and peaceful surroundings. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable spot in a prime location!

The place was just as advertised and work great for our family. The only knock was that the cleaning was not complete when we showed up, even though this was hours after the arrival time. The trash was not emptied, the bed was not made, etc. Then when we were out the next day, the trash and recycling was taken out and the rest of the cleaning was complete. Odd, but I suspect this was due to us coming on a very busy marathon weekend, and the cleaners were likely behind. Other than this, the place was great and we would certainly book it again.

We were originally scheduled to go to Asheville but rerouted in the wake of Hurricane Helene to Kiawah, an island paradise. The trip was made all the sweeter with this lovely, comfortable rental. It was a hop, skip, and jump to everywhere on the island and Tom and Kathy were warm and responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Being an owner myself of a property on Kiawah Island, I can attest that everything was quite frankly beautiful. The accommodations were excellent and the property owners could not have been more helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. You certainly have a little piece of paradise.

The location was perfect. An easy ride to the beach by bike. The condo was clean and provided a nice stay for us.
