Paradise Palms Resort 6 Bedroom, 5 Bath & Pool

We would love to share our little piece of Paradise with you. The home located in Paradise Palms Resort, a 24/7 secured gated community in Kissimmee, Florida less than 10 miles from Disney World, Margaritaville, and Celebration. Whether you’re visiting the Orlando area to experience the Disney Theme Parks, to watch a family member or friend participate in a national competition, to attend a large sporting event, or to simply have a relaxing time away from home, Paradise Palms is perfectfor you.

Our villa has over 3000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. There are two living rooms, one downstairs and another upstairs, both with brand new large smart TV's and cable boxes. The home is equipped with high speed wifi. The second floor family room recently received an upgrade to a sectional with two power recliners - perfect way to relax with a movie at the end of the day!

Bedroom details:
First floor bedroom has a King bed with a brand new mattress. There is a full bathroom right outside this bedroom.

Second Floor has two master suites, both with King beds with brand new mattresses.
Three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs. The bedrooms consist of: 1. Two twin beds; 2. A full and a twin; and 3. Two queen beds.

The first floor is an open floorplan, with a large kitchen and family room. The dining table has plenty of space for the family, and additional seating is available at the island for quick meals. The lanai around the pool has a dining table and several lounge chairs.

Pool heat is available at a cost of $20 per day.

Keep in mind this is a self catering unit. You will be provided a starter set of toilet paper in the bath rooms, paper towels, and trash bags to get you started.

Your linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided.

Clubhouse access complimentary for registered guests. The Clubhouse includes:
* Large heated community pool with slide, 2 hot tubs and water play area, and plenty of lounge chairs & tables
* Cabanas available to rent for a half or full day
* Cinema with daily movies
* Fitness center
* Arcade
* Poolside bar & grille
* Tennis court
* Basketball court

Home is self-checkin, but guests will need to visit the main guardshack to obtain gate pass that will allow access to main gate and Banana Palm gate. PLEASE NOTE the address sent for check in when it is sent after reservation is made.

Other things to note:
Absolutely NO SMOKING, vaping, or burning candles inside the home OR within ten feet of the home. THIS INCLUDES CIGARETTES, E-CIGARETTES, CIGARS, PIPES, MARIJUANA. You need to be 10 feet away from the front step and outside the screened in lanai to smoke. There is $500 fine for smoking in or within 10 feet of the home.

Security requires names of all guest staying on property.
