The property was exactly as described, very clean, great size rooms and the pool and garden area where great.

We all enjoyed our stay in Miami Platja. The house was in a perfect location for our holiday where we would travel to the theme and water parks nearby along with a day trip to Solou and a couple of rounds of golf. All within 20mins of a journey. On our days off we would spend it by the pool and cook our meals in the evening in the well equipped kitchen that came with two large fridge/freezers. Nas was a really good host and always contactable throughout.

Miami plaja is a lovely area with Restaurant’s right on the beach. There is a beautiful coffee shop call La Gloria 10 mins walk from house. Nas is a lovely host who replies straight away to any communication. He recommended some excellent restaurants to us. The outside space and pool area in the villa are excellent .. lovely open space getting sun all day with great shaded area. The issue we have with this property is the house itself. It is very tired in need of significant updating and maintenance. We had to request a lot of things when we first arrived . Nas very quickly provided them all. These were things like a new kettle as the kettle was broken and falling apart, no hairdryer although 5 bedrooms and no iron. We needed an oven glove, wash basket and pegs..We were there 16 nights and with kids you are always going to be cooking and washing at some point during your stay. The single biggest reason we won’t return is that bedlinen and towels are not provided in this property. Before our arrival Nas emailed us saying linen and towels were not provided but we could rent them..We stated website does not specify this and as we are a small family he agreed to provide these but we needed to choose our beds .. ridiculous as property is expensive. On arrival Nas met us and showed us the towels for our stay..1 small towel and 1 larger towel each.. that was it .. nothing in the bathrooms and no pool towels .. we could rent more if needed.Not what you expect for the money we paid.

A wonderful host, friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The villa was spacious, plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 children to mix with each other or to have their own space. Location lovely and accessible to lots of interesting places. Enjoyed by everyone.

Good location. Property needs some attention. Nas was helpful and quick to respond to problems when we were there but we were disappointed to arrive to no basics on arrival such as bottled water, or soap and toilet roll in bathrooms. There were problems with water heater and we were without hot water for four days. It was a weekend so replacement sorted as quickly as possible but 8 people with no hot water obviously impacted our stay and anything by way of compensation rejected. Bit disappointed considering how much we paid for the week.

Quiet Location. Not much nearby but if you walked 20 minutes it was lively and the beach was there. Host always available and happy to help with anything.

We were three generations travelling together, the property more than met our needs, lots of space, fantastic pool (bigger than the pictures), area is residential, really clean and well looked after, most facilities are within walking distance, quite a quiet town but still lots of restaurants, great beach bars, and within a bus ride of Cambrils (recommended) and long walk or bus to l’hospitalet which has a great beach too. Huge supermarket in a 15 min walking distance (we bought and left a shopping trolley feel free to use) restaurant recommendation definitely enriques such a great host fabulous food, also for lunch casablanca at the beach, best of all Carmens bar right opposite so friendly and fabulous small plates (you must try the fried squid) last but not least Nassym the friendliest most attentive host ever! Nassym was really helpful prior to the holiday and well as during via WhatsApp. He helped us access additional bedding and covered the cost when our daughter was ill which was very kind. He helped us organise a taxi from the local train station and made sure we were able to contact a local taxi driver during our stay. The villa was big enough for us as two families and we spent lots of time in the pool having bbqs. There was a heatwave during the stay and while there was shade over the outdoor dining area some extra sun brollies would have helped us. The local beach, restaurants and shops were lovely. We really enjoyed the Saturday street market that set up outside the villa and we bought some very lovely fruit and veg so would recommend shopping from the market. Thanks very much

My stay at Nas’s villa was amazing. Lovely peaceful neighbourhood with surrounding villas and a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Nas was extremely helpful prior and throughout my trip and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. He went above and beyond which was very much appreciated. The villa itself has AC which was great and was clean and spacious. I’d certainly stay again.

The size of the villa was great for our group of two families - The pool and outside space was excellent with plenty of space to enjoy the sun. We made good use of the BBQ and enjoyed eating outside due to the ample seating areas. The location of the villa was very good just a 5-10 min walk to restaurants and about 10-15 min to large supermarket and beach. Nas the owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.
