I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in great shape and in a great location. This is our third year coming to HHI for a month and our third different condo. We have rebooked this one for 2025 as we felt very comfortable there. Only suggestion would be to have more plastic cups as well as a few minor cleaning supplies available.

Our place was more than we hoped for, with beautiful views of the inlet. The amenities were plenty, and the resort had everything we needed... and more!

The unit has a beautiful view of the marsh and is less than a 5 minute walk to to great restaurants, the marina and shops at Shelter Cove.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part the rental was clean, comfortable and accommodating. The most appealing feature was the salt marsh view and its convenient location in Palmetto Dunes. The decor was chic yet after several weeks, the black, gray and beige colors became tiresome and gloomy. Sorry to report that there were maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Some items were taken care of during our stay, but not all. ie.Clogged kitchen drain that took two days to fix. This was very inconvenient since without the use of the kitchen sink and dishwasher, we were not able to prepare our meals as planned. Bathroom fans not functioning properlyBroken door bellWall Switch lights not in sync with the lamps.Curtain pull rod in living room not attached. Difficult to pull the curtains over the rod. Blinds on windows were difficult to operateInfo for TV operation was not available upon arrival.Mention is made of the needed repairs in hopes that future guests will not be bothered by the same inconveniences that we had during our vacation stay. For maintenance issues that needed immediate repair, housekeeping and plumbing service were excellent. Both gentlemen were skilled and very courteous.

Stayed Jun 23, 2021Property is exactly as pictured. The patio and accompanying view were awesome. Great place to watch boats and kayaks. The beds were comfortable and the unit was equipped with everything necessary for a nice stay. My only complaints include the master shower head being difficult to operate/sprays water all over the place, and is very loud at times.. also, the black rug in the living area turns your feet, socks black..

The beds were comfortable, the ease of getting in & out, the quiet surroundings, snd location to restaurants and shops could not be more ideal! Too bad we didn’t find the beach chairs until the last evening.
