The property and neighborhood are lovely, the owners were responsive and kind. Unfortunately the painting project on the building made the last three days nearly unbearable. We are from Colorado and do not make it to the beach often. The owner had assured us that the painting would not be disruptive. The property manager did offer to move us, but we were not contacted.

Wonderful family vacation spot!We had two families stay here for a week in Hilton Head and had a fantastic time. The condo is in a great location with multiple beautiful views of the beach and ocean. It’s very close to the beach, which made it easy for everyone to come and go throughout the day. The pool area was also excellent — we spent time there every afternoon!Our only small critique would be the beds. They weren’t old or worn out, just not as comfortable as we hoped. That said, the location, views, and overall amenities far outweighed that one detail, which is why we’re still giving it five stars. We would definitely come back and stay at this same property again!

One of the best locations on the Island. Direct oceanfront condo with multiple balconies and great views make it very relaxing. The owner was very attentive, and we would highly recommend the unit to anyone. I have stayed on the 3rd and 5th floor of this building over the years, and this unit gives you all the views and ocean waves. You can sit on the main balcony and eat breakfast or have a coffee catching the dolphins swimming by, the sunrises, and taking in the sunshine!!

Fabulous! The home was big enough for all to enjoy together and still have private space for alone time. Balconies all had ocean views and bedrooms were all quietly separated from each other. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area several times.If on the main balcony keep an eye towards the ocean and you may be rewarded with dolphins swimming by. On the grounds you will also enjoy other wild life.

Beautiful views, beautiful condo. Check-in was fine! Kitchen had plenty of utensils, the pans were in good condition. We've stayed at many rentals, I wouldn't say it was stocked the best. Just a ton of little things were missing like only had a tiny bit of dish soap (less than an inch), no dish scrubber just a wash cloth, no freeze packs for coolers, no towels for pool but I brought mine just in case, there were more. The people above us were so loud all the time day & night, sounded like they were bouncing a basketball, next time I'll make sure to not have anyone above us. Everything else was fine!

We've stayed at several 3 bedroom condos in the Villamare complex and this one is fabulous! This particular condo has the original layout where each bedroom has its own balcony which is a perfect for our family because it eliminates arguing about who gets the bedrooms with the balconies. This condo has been updated and is well maintained. The owner was very response when answering questions prior to our visit. We had zero issues that required communication during our stay. The renovated pools at Villamare are excellent especially the over 21 pool for adults only.

Great condo, excellent location and proximity to the beach. Unit was very clean and well appointed. We really liked having three decks having different views. We would definitely stay again.

Each day we’d wake up in the morning, have our coffee and move from one balcony to the next as we planned our day’s activities. The views of the ocean & beach, the sound of the surf hitting the sand, the sweet smell of that salty air is what we came for, and this unit is uniquely positioned for our maximum enjoyment. We love the space, owners were delightful and quick to respond, our stay was easy and the unit was stocked with everything we needed or wanted. Thanks so much, we will be back.

This is a great vacation spot for a family vacation. Steps away from the beach, great pool for the kids as well as an adult only pool. The unit is perfect. Lots of room for everyone. We keep coming back year after year.

This was the fourth time we stayed in this condo. It has beautiful views of the ocean from every room. The kitchen is well stocked. The new pools are great, especially the new serenity pool and hot tub! This is a great property!

We enjoyed our stay at our condo and would definitely stay again! We had plenty of room and each family had their own room and bathroom and balcony to see the ocean. The condo was clean and very nice furniture and fixtures and it was well stocked with everything we needed. The general store was a pleasant surprise. They had great breakfast. And it was in walking distance. Loved walking on the beach every morning to see the sunrise. If you venture outside of the resort, restaurants, and shopping are close and convenient. Our hosts were very good about answering our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely stay here again!

Well appointed condo. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. Parking directly underneath the building along with luggage carts and w/elevators made the check in and out process so smooth. Definitely reccomend!!

We unfortunately stayed during the week of the tropical storm however the place was really nice and the owner was very responsive to us during the storm, and our stay. It was great having all the games to play while riding out the weather, condo was nicer than expected and close to everything with great views of the beach.

We just got back from the Fourth of July week. Our family has four teenagers and this place was perfect with the amount of beds and space and bathrooms. Not to mention balconies, direct oceanfront and pool. I will definitely be coming back we could not have been happier.
