Orlando Villa near Disney, free Private Heated Pool, free Grill and free WiFi

Having just stayed at this villa in July for two weeks we can say that it was everything we hoped it would be and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and a large variety of appliances and pots and pans. It had everything that we needed for a family of 5. The pool area was clean, and with a chest full of pool toys, a large number of pool/beach towels were also provided. Unlike other properties we have stayed in there were lots of bath towels, and a large load washing machine and dryer in the games room. The bedrooms were all really comfortable and the overall feeling when staying here was of being at home. It had a lovely Disney theme running throughout the property. The games room was a really nice touch for the kids, who spent quite a bit of time in there playing table football. The owners kept in touch with us to make sure everything was OK, and gave us updates about rocket launches, we even managed to watch one from the drive of the villa which was something special. Within walking distance of the property there is a coffee shop, a supermarket and an IHOP, it's very conveniently located to be able to go and visit Orlando.

Had a great stay at this beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this spot as an excellent place to stay. We really enjoyed sitting out by the pool just relaxing. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool because the heat to the pool was turned off due to possible weather conditions and the pool water was freezing cold; however, the weather turned out beautiful and we still enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again should we visit this area again.

House was exactly as described. When we found we didn’t have dishwasher pods and contacted owner he dropped some off within 15 minutes. Close to all the parks. Can’t recommend enough!

Host were very nice and helpful. Park was close to multiple food options, gas and grocery store.

Lovely house, nicely decorated with christmas decs looked lovely from the outside. Nice location and would stay here again.

Extremely comfortable, well equipped and good sized property. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool good sized warm pool was a hit with all the family and the games room great for the kids. Will certainly consider a stay here again. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for our small family trip. The pool was wonderful for the hot August pool days. The owners were very helpful if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was close to all the stores, clean and the pool was great. It was peeve r for the two of us.

Close to many areas in Orlando. Communication great with owners. Only thing that was a bit concerning was the cameras in the pool area but description did mention cameras on property..

Good clean accommodation .So nice to have an heated pool .Only one thing that could be better was having only two sun lounger around the pool ,with a property that could accommodate up to eight people .We were a party of three adults so this was a problem.

We stayed a week visiting family and also going to the theme parks. The location is perfect and the private pool was a hit with the kids. They loved having there own coffee shop within walking distance too. Would recommend this property to anyone. Lee was quick to respond to any and all questions too.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful vacation home while we were in Orlando. The kids loved the pool, and spent most of their time swimming and splashing in the warm water. We loved the close proximity to many restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and handy, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
