Stayed Sep 10, 2025Wonderful property. Clean and modern. The only problem is that on Friday and Saturday it seems that the norm is to party loud. Lots of cars checking in through the security gates obviously visiting residents who live on the complex. We were awake at 3am due to the noise. Security showed up at 3:15 and to be fair silence was then restored. That being said this was the only thing that was a problem.

Stayed Jun 10, 2025The villa inside was very clean and modern, and well appointed with everything needed. The outside area under the lanai in the shade was a great area to sit with a small sofa and two chairs. The pool paved area was very small with little room to sit in the sunshine and there were no sunbeds. The villas in this area are very close together with no privacy with the villa next door. Although no fault of the owner the residents next door played loud music and had pool parties and were very noisy. This made it uncomfortable to sit at pool and we therefore did not use this area much, and for that reason I would not stay here again.
