Stayed Jun 3, 2025Mailing a pass to get through the gate is a bad idea. The mail is not very dependable nowadays and we didn’t get it before we left for vacation. We arrived after hours so the office was closing. Luckily a nice lady was coming out of the office and stayed late to help us get what we needed to get into palmetto dunes. I don’t understand why a pass you need to get in would ever be sent through the mail when you could pick it up with the rest of your packet in a lockbox.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022We always have a great experience with every Villamare property. We love that it is family friend with easy access to the beach, pool, general store and the main road and still has the quiet gaited community feel. We will be back again!

Stayed May 21, 2022The condo was roomy and bright. We had everything we needed and enjoyed being so close to the ocean. We also loved the relaxing ponds and flower lined walkways as we walked toward the boardwalk to get to our spot on the beach.
