What a wonderful and relaxing trip! We loved our stay here and the location couldn’t have been better! The condo was clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony were amazing. We appreciated the “extras” that were included (dishwasher tabs, tide pods) as well as the 4 beach loungers on the balcony! Would definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We very much appreciated the views over the water and the easy access to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The villa was clean and fresh with some really lovely accents like the stained-glass windows in the master bedroom and THE most adorable painting of a dog. The directions provided were concise and very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The island is such a treasure. Take your time driving in, because there is so much beauty in the nature and the homes on this island. The villa has a wonderful parking area, with spaces close to the elevators. They also have carts for you to use to transport your luggage, groceries, and etc. The elevator basically takes you to the front door, it is a very short walk to the left and you are at the condo. The condo was very clean. The porch was beautiful for watching sunrises and sunsets. You do have privacy, not total privacy, but close enough that I felt comfortable going out in my jammies. The walk to the ocean is incredibly short, we took the elevator down to the first floor, went down a few steps and across the street and we were at the beach. Pay attention to the tide clock in the villa, it is more accurate the any app. If you go to the beach earlier in the morningish, you are guaranteed to see dolphins swimming. Acutally throughout the day, you will see dolphins. They are very active. The beach is very family friendly, you can honestly just sit back and relax and let your worries disappear. There is a nice breeze more so afternoon, morning can be quite unbreezy if you have shoreshades or shibimini's. We enjoyed eating at Pelican's nest (resort prices..remember that) , the food was delicious. Overall great communication, clean, and peaceful. Worth your money and peace of mind.

I think I have found the perfect beach vacation destination for my family at the Atrium Villas at Seabrook Island. The property was perfect for my family of 4 (two young children, my wife, and myself), plus a set of grandparents, and two small dogs. Plenty of room and everything we needed to vacay. We tend to cook alot of our meals on vacation and were able to do so. The outdoor space is huge and we spent our mornings enjoying our breakfast with great views of the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a decent size and worked for what we needed. The beach club (pools, restaurant, cafe, etc) and pool access were just across the street, making it easy to go back and forth at will. Seabrook Island itself felt fun, safe, and the dog friendly-est beach Ive ever been to. There is more to do there than what we were able to fit in in one week. We look forward to coming back. Lastly, everyone we interacted with at the pools, beach, etc, were kind and respectful. Great trip

The view was perfect! The owner was so helpful in every way. She added many extra touches to make you feel right at home! She was there to help with any question. Definitely will visit again.

Perfect weather, perfect rental for our family of 5 (including 3 x 20 aged children). Location just doesn’t get any better, directly across from Seabrook Island Club (pool), the beach….everything w/in a few seconds walk! Condo was Very Nicely appointed, everything in working order which made our stay that much easier! Owner was always very responsive and helpful! Very easy to communicate with and work with!! Very nice property; directly across from the pool and ocean. Quiet and nice building. Clean and very comfy bed. The balcony is really nice with nice furniture. The property manager Sherri is great! The unit is as described; furniture, bedding, kitchen and baths were nice.

Condo was very clean with perfect access to the pool & beach. The patio gave us full view of beach, pool, and ocean. Communication prior to our visit & during the week was responded to very promptly. Sherri was the great host. Just a perfect week for our family of 6. We look forward to coming again.

The villa is ideal for a beachfront location. Close to the pool and beach. The views cannot be beat. The villa was clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to live comfortably. The owner was so accommodating and shared special event info. You know this owner wants her guests to have a great vacation.

From the moment you step in, it is obvious why there are all 5 star reviews. The property is immaculate, and all the little details have been worked out. The towels are soft and fluffy, the coffee cups hold a generous amount, and the furnishings make you” at home” comfortable. Your Host is the most responsive ever. All my inquiries were about the island, as the Villa didn’t lack a thing. Sherri responds like a friend who has been waiting for you to arrive. I love Seabrook, and have stayed many times. Can’t imagine a nicer place, and I hope to stay there again
