Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 3rd year that we’ve stayed in this unit. Beautiful ocean view from the wall of windows in the living room as well as the balcony. The unit is very clean, with comfortable furnishings (including the beds) and a well stocked kitchen. We’ve already booked again for next year. Our only complaint was the condition of the pool. It appears to have some type of black growth (?mold or fungus?) scattered over the bottom of the pool (this was there last year as well- we commented to the management office but doesn’t look like anything was done). We used the pool and no one had any adverse effects; it’s just nasty to look at.
