Stayed Oct 4, 2025There was a wonderful game room in the basement for the older children and a super fun play place for the young children. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes and towels both in kitchen and bathrooms. I would have liked extra blankets and throw blankets for extra cool nights. It would have been more cozy.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house is quite large and the natural setting is stunning!! The location is definitely the best part of the house. The house itself has a lot of potential but falls short. The property wasn’t particularly clean, and some general maintenance was lacking. The bedding is cheap, microfiber sheets. The property does not provide any extra pillows or blankets, those nice extra touches. The kitchen is minimally stocked, especially for a house this size. As another review mentioned, the downstairs space could be a fun space but is very under furnished and awkward. Could be such a great property; it is a bummer not more care is put into it.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024We had a wonderful time at the property and everything was as advertised. A second sitting area with TV downstairs would have been nice for the kids as it is just a small couch and TV in living room. It is only 2 bathrooms which is advertised but one is the master bathroom which means whoever is sleeping in that room has people going thru it to use. Another small bathroom would be an awesome addition to this property. Would book again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Upon arrival we discovered the supplied keycode was incorrect. There was also a lock on the door knob which we did not have a keycode for. It was well below zero in temperature outside and we had no way to get inside the rental. We called the local contact phone number and of course this was not a valid phone number. There was also an email address we replied to but of course we never got a reply from this. Finally got ahold of Evolve and they tried to no avail to contact the owner and local contact. After another hour of waiting Evolve refunded us our money and we were left to scramble and find a new place for our party of 11 in the dark and sub zero temperatures. About 7:30pm (4.5 hours after we tried to gain access) I finally get a call back from the local contact offering me a free nights stay and apologizing for the incorrect code, etc. Be cautious renting this place as you might not ever get inside!
