OCEANFRONT Ground Floor Gem; Pristinely clean; Constantly updated; Steps to Sand

While you couldn’t see a clear view of the actual beach from the ground floor, you could see some of the ocean and boats that travelled past the area.The rooms were comfortable and everything was well maintained. I liked that there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked (guests may want to open all cabinets to see what is stored in various places). I used the Keurig because I didn’t see the stored larger coffee pot until I had been there several days. I also didn’t locate the clock/sound machine in one of the drawers until the day we were leaving. If you bring kids, you may want to also bring some plastic cups and plates to use for them, since all the dishes in the cabinet are Corelle-type and glass. We had a great stay, and I actually liked that the unit is on the corner end of the building. It was quiet and peaceful looking out at the patch of green space and then beyond to the dunes and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is a piece of paradise. It was exactly listed and we loved it. There is private beach access that is steps away from the back porch. It’s a gem!

This is our very favorite place to stay when we come to HHI. We've stayed here several times and will again! Everything is so clean, well stocked, and convenient.

The unit was warm and welcoming. We cooked several meals there and they provided what we needed. It was a well stocked kitchen. It was close to everything that we needed. We walked to some shopping areas, others we drove. We rented bikes conveniently located across the street. They were well stocked with beach items. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We will definitely try to stay at this condo again on our next beach week!! It’s very clean, very easy walk to the beach! The owners were so nice & easy to get in touch with & the housekeeping lady was super nice too!!!

The complex was very clean, the host was very attentive and communication was extremely thorough. The condo was a great size, clean, and beautiful. Perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Square.

We've stayed here multiple times, it's our favorite place to stay on Hilton Head Island (and this time we brought the in-laws). The condo is lovely as well as very clean, and has everything you could ever need. Also, the property manager's communication is excellent, and she quickly responded to all our needs/questions. It really is just a very short walk to the beach.

Perfectly appointed beachfront condo. The most family friendly rental we have been to! Closets full of toys, beach gear/ towels, TVs in all rooms, and full sized appliances. The attention to detail is crucial for an easy beach vacation. We loved the wagon, tent, boogie boards, life jackets, sand toys, and beach chairs. The beds and couches were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen appliances but bring your own food, spices, oil, ziplocs/foil etc. They provided starter packs of cleaning supplies / paper products and the only thing I used of my own was laundry detergent for the 7 day vacation (even though I think it was provided). The stand alone fans were a nice addition as it was warm at times. Easy dedicated parking space out front and a few guest spots close by. The proximity to Coligy and Sea Pines was very convenient! And the beach is just a short walk over the boardwalk, right in the backyard! The master bedroom lets in plenty of natural light, so for those who like total darkness, they have provided sleep masks. So thoughtful! Everything was truly clean and perfect- a home away from home. My family would love to stay at this property again!
