Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fine; however we did not have air-conditioning in the master bedroom. He 2nd bedroom was warm. We had to go and purchase 4 fans to be able to sleep.

Bathrooms gross, grime around toilet base-needed recaulked. Bathroom paint peeling and old. Bath fixtures old and hard to turn on/off, Bath sinks slow drained. Hair dryer didn't work. Carpets dirty. Living seating uncomfortable. TV's had horrible pictures. Entry door didn't;t always stay shut when leaving. Second bedroom headboard rattled on every movement.In retrospect there were no current reviews on website and never would've booked. The unit needs paint and carpet replaced and baths updated. Not a housekeeping problem but an owner problem. NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID!

Everything has been maintained to be in working order, though. The property, furniture and bedding was clean and the unit fit our family of 5 perfectly. We love staying at Palmetto Dunes and so this worked for our needs.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Captain's Walk several times and enjoy the complex overall. There have been some great improvements to the public areas, such as the pool and grills. However, this particular condo is quite disappointing. It has not been well maintained. The microwave and toaster were not working and the dryer was excessively loud. The furniture is uncomfortable and obviously old. Only 1 of the TVs (smallest in 2nd bedroom) was working properly. The bathroom and kitchen are also outdated and the overall feel of the condo is not clean.
