Oceanfront 3 bedroom with community pool & spa, only steps from beach

The lagoon was drained and an eye sore. I wish I had been told that the lagoon would be drained during this time. Very poor communication.

Conveniently located and walking distance to shopping, dining, and grocery store. Pool Bar Jim’s is awesome we ate there repeatedly. We had one maintenance issue and it was addressed immediately. If only the beautiful lagoon fountains would have been operating it would have been perfect, we love Seacrest and this is the best unit we have stayed in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home. However, the lagoon was not operational and it really marred the view from the condo. Part of why we wanted this condo was the view of the property, pool and then the ocean. We were not advised the lagoon and water feature were drained. The other issue was the water coming up from the floor in one of the closets. It was a slow leak. That and bathroom toilets that kept running. We called the property management and they sent out maintenance. Neither the floor nor the toilets were fixed. We didn’t use that closet during our stay. When the amenities state what’s available in the kitchen, that’s it. There were no filters for the coffee maker, no aluminum foil or plastic wrap or things like that. So, pack those items for your stay.The management company was responsive and helpful. The concierge service provided great recommendations. Even when the bike company messed up the bike lock and didn’t fix it, Island Time came and took care of it. The beach is beautiful and clean. The condo is very conveniently located to pools, bar/restaurant and beach. Even better is that it is next to Coligny Plaza where you can find many shops, restaurants, and a grocery store.

Unfortunately, I found the property through a 3rd party, and later discovered I could have saved money if I had booked directly through Island Time. Island Time does not manage the facility, just some of the individual condo units. So they were unaware that the scenic water pools that look so lovely on the website had been drained for repair and that the work still had not been completed by our arrival on May 11th. They were unsightly and disappointing, but the actual swimming pools were open and of course the ocean and beach were still there.

Large trash pickup, deliveries, etc. The beds need to be replaced. The unit was not very clean upon arrival

The description and photos were accurate, the size and location perfect for our family. It was our first stay with Island Time. Their assistance and follow-ups were professional and timely. We will use them again. The condo and building was clean and well cared for. If I were owning or renting more regularly there I would be expecting a proper foyer and guarded reception area. Why? It is too confusing for self and guests to arrive via the parking area. For the price it needs proper reception and easier entry. The family enjoyed the closeness to Coligny where the teenagers could safely wander and grandparents walk on level ground. We are swimmers and enjoyed both pools, heated or not!

This was our first time to Hilton Head and it was a wonderful experience. The property description was very accurate. As first time visitors, the location was perfect(an easy walk for all our needs), the view was gorgeous and the easy pool/beach access was great for kids. We had two 3 year olds that spent every day in the pool. We also had a 6 week old with us, so the short walk to the condo from the pool was very convenient. The customer service was very attentive from start to finish. We had one day of a lot of rain and wind which cause some of the windows to leak and also caused the floor in the master to have water come up from the floor. When I contacted the POC they quickly provided us with additional towels and had the property manager to come out and take a look at the issue. That was the only concern during the entire trip. I would highly recommend this property and return to this property for our next visit!
