Oceanfront 2 bedroom villa in Palmetto Dunes with Community Pool

Exceptional Property manager, very clear communication, quick response when we needed them. We will definitely be staying at this property again and we will use this property management company again if we need to find a different condo. Just excellent all the way around.

Island Time was very responsive - there was an issue with the building elevator and they helped address it quickly with building management. Nice view from the balcony, and short walk to the pool and beach. I am mobility limited and the path to the beach involved no stairs and several places to stop and rest on the way; it was great. Overall a very nice experience for our family - this is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit, highly recommended. The Palmetto Dunes resort is. the best on the island, I think, and we've been coming to HH for 40 years.

Ideal location on the beach. Bikes are great for riding the beach and getting around Palmetto Dunes. Unit was very well equipped with all kitchen needs, appliances and utensils. Bathrooms great as was storage for clothes, etc.Nice view of ocean and beach. Deck with chairs and table and pads for chairs were nice touch. Nice condo and decorated nicely.

Lovely accommodations with great ocean views both in living room and both bedrooms. Staff were very professional. Amenities were great. Appliances were nice. Clean and well decorated unit.

Clean property both in and out of our condo. The elevator was a bit touchy during our stay-the only negative. We love Palmetto Dunes, the beach is spacious and less crowded then some other beaches on HHI.

Beautiful balcony with unusually good furnishings and high quality patio door (many rentals have bad ones). Pretty good beach/ocean view. ~500 steps from the Villa to the beach, maybe 200 to the pool. Nice pool area with both adult (lap) and general pools, a small hot tub, nice padded lounges, small gym.. Elevator very near unit. Beach access is an easy wooded ramp (vs other places with steep stairs). Furnishings are high quality. WIFI is 5G and about 300MB. Islandtime is very responsive mgmt company. 1K, 1Q, 1T beds. Shower/no tub in 2nd bedroom FYI. Not issues with villa at all.
