Stayed Mar 18, 2023I booked this property eight days ahead of our arrival Saturday March 18 2023 three days before our arrival I e-mail the property management company and ask them how we were supposed to get in I received no answer two days before we left I emailed and tried to call the property manager no answer on either one and no response quote before we left which was Friday I hi again called and emailed in the morning no response I again emailed in the afternoon no response at 6:00 o'clock I tried the third time no response I finally called the VRBO they tried to reach the manager no response and then at 7:30 PM on a Friday the day before we were ready to leave the manager of the property said that they had double booked the property and it was no longer available wow. Double booked or just incompetent?

Stayed Dec 10, 2021The property was very nice and in a great location. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well-equipped. The sunrise views over the ocean were amazing. There are a lot of stairs so not the best if you have elderly people or those who need accommodation. Rosario was TERRIFIC and met all of our needs. There is potable water in the kitchen. Laundry facilities were adequate. Some things you need to know: there is an extra charge if you want the jacuzzi heated, plan to buy extra toilet paper if you have a large group, and plan to bring toiletries. You'll need a car to get around. Overall, a wonderful vacation in an a welcoming home/location. We'd choose this house again when we come back.
